PROFESSIONAL PROJECT (SPACE PLANNING, ELEVATION, 3D VIEWS)

Location : Bangalore , Karnataka , India Plot Area : 1200 sq.ft.

Palatial in its beauty, this 7 BHK modern classical bunglow follows the principles of classic design where achieving perfection in proportion was of vital importance.

Beige colored stucco cladding for exterior walls is embellished with square columns, crown moulding, cast stone urns,wrought iron gates which aids in breaking up the monolithic facade as well as defining the levels in the fivestory facade.

THE ELEGANCE OF CONTEMPORARY RESIDENCE INTERIORS PROFESSIONAL PROJECT (SPACE PLANNING, ELEVATION, 3D VIEWS)

Location : Bangalore , Karnataka , India Plot Area : 3000 sq.ft.

The design is a unique blend of modern aesthetics and traditional elements.

This project amalgamates the charm of yesteryears with the functionality and aesthetics of the present, showcasing a harmonious blend of old and new.

Through a thoughtful selection of materials, including cane, teak, lime plaster and brass, this design offers a refreshing perspective on traditional elements, creating a space that resonates with the family’s heritage while embracing contemporary sensibilities.

The concept is clear and pragmatic since it enhances mental well-being by creating genuine connections with the environment. The form is designed and oriented in such a way that it will make the visitor and other passersby who pass by from the road feel welcome.

The floors are being tilted to break up a predictable pattern and create an easyto-follow visual flow that can help the user’s mental health. This also serves as a screening from direct sunlight.

Project : Multi-Specicality Hospital Site location : Delhi , India Site area : 6.53 Acre FEATURES THAT ARE CONCENTING THE WELL-BEING OF THIS DESIGN Radial Circulation : Central core, less confusion Linear organisation : Easy zoning of departments, lighting and ventilation Service core on all three junctions : Reduces over flow of people in single core Enclosed courtyards : Provides lighting and ventilation to surrounding spaces Semi circular form : Reduces floor area and provide good circulation
