In 2024, our community reflected deeply on who we are today and who we aspire to be. Together, we shaped the Core to guide our future.
The Core—our Mission, Vision, Values, and Definition of Learning—was formally ratified by the Board of Directors on February 12, 2025.
Our Vision for AISC is... A community where diverse paths meet, learners innovate, and we make meaningful change together.
Our Mission is... Together, we nurture learners who chart their unique paths, transforming curiosity into purpose, challenges into growth, and knowledge into action.
WE VALUE DISCOVERY. We embrace the unknown with wonder, take risks, and ask important questions. We explore new ideas and map new possibilities.
WE VALUE BELONGING. We celebrate everyone’s authentic self, and create spaces where everyone feels safe and included. We build bridges that connect paths, ideas, and people.
WE VALUE WELLBEING. We nurture the mind, body, and self. We seek balance while embracing challenges. And we support each other’s wellbeing.
