Airtel-Vodafone are service provider for the Access Assure digital telecare solution.
This is a partnership between Airtel and Access Assure. The system uses an Access Home Hub.
It will help us understand your needs so we can provide support that is right for you.
It help make sure you can live as independently as possible.
How does it work?
The Home Hub uses sensors and alarms around your home.
They look like smoke detectors.
They send information based on your activity to your care circle.
They do not send video, pictures or sound.
Your care circle can also have access to information that helps them know you are safe and well.
It also lets them know if anything has happened. Such as if you have had a fall.
Why would this help me?
All of us worry about having an accident.
This can also worry other people who are close to us.
The system can see worrying information when it happens.
Your care circle can see this and react quickly.
Helping you to feel safe and go about your daily activities as usual.
You will also see sensors located around your home.
You will be given a detector to wear on your wrist or around your neck.

What do I need to do?
You don’t have to change anything.
You can just carry on with your normal activity in your home.
What will happen in an emergency?
If you need help or in an emergency there is a sensor or panic button to press.
It will contact the right people and help will be sent.
The engineer will tell you more about this when the sensors are put in your home.
What will happen next?
The Home Hub will be installed in your home soon.
Your family may also be involved if it is right for you.
This means the information from the sensors may be shared with them as well.
Your care circle and the engineers will talk through any questions you might have.
