Welcome on board

Dear Reader,

At the beginning of the year, we announced that we are committed to ensuring all our flights take-off and land as scheduled. This means that we are now able to operate our flights with greater efficiency and reliability, and this has had a positive impact on our passengers and their travel experience this first half of the year.

The positive impact of these improvements is reflected in the feedback we have received from our passengers and industry partners. We have received numerous comments and messages appreciating the impact these changes are having on the overall travel and guest experience.

We are always seeking ways to improve our internal processes as well as enhance the experience of our customers with us. Our newly renovated Passenger Lounge speaks to this, as well as advances we’ve made on the technology side, empowering our travel partners to seamlessly make bookings across the group using one booking and one sign-in code.

I take this opportunity to thank all the staff at AirKenya and our subsidiaries whose hard work, commitment and dedication have borne the fruits we see today in having our brand recognized internationally, in the S-Money survey on the Most Loved Airlines around the world. AirKenya featured among the Top 10 most loved airlines in the world, simultaneously, also being the most loved airline in Kenya while AeroLink is the most loved in Uganda, according to positive sentiments expressed on Twitter.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate the AirKenya group’s commitment to creating a more enjoyable travel experience for you and your guests and assure you of our focus to remain a reliable and trustworthy airline.
