Jalan Datuk Marican Salleh is situated 5km east of Kuching Waterfront and located in Pending, which known as industrial estate area. It had an enormous history of contributing development if Kuching. Kampung Sungai Apong and Bintawa which area neighbourhood of Pending.

Pending is one of the busiest city which leads to the heart of Kuching city. With new future developments being made in Pending, the area is slowly became a part of urbanscape of Kuching.
