Excellent length and complexity on the finish, showcasing tiramisu, cinnamon bun, brown sugar, and apple pie notes.

To make this one-of-a-kind spirit, we took our flagship 10-year-old Wheated Bourbon and finished it in a Rum Martinique barrel to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
The sweetness of the corn plays well with soft and mellow wheat grain, complementing the more complex sweetness imparted on the Rum barrels. The aging process required meticulous monitoring to achieve the perfect balance of these flavors.

Ripe fruit on the nose—almost overripe, but it blows off to bring fresher hints of vanilla, cardamom, chocolate, lime, and faint baking spice. Long before John Henry Holliday became known throughout these United States as “Doc” – and also “the slickest gunslinger in the west” – he was a darn good… dentist.
Classically educated in Humanities and Mathematics, by 20, he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (hence the nickname) from one of the top schools in the nation.
Today we know him as the symbol of loyalty in the Wild West and the hero of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Despite all the perils of the Frontier, he remained an even-tempered, well-mannered Southern gentleman until his untimely end at 36 years of age.
