Entrepreneuring for the Future is a Youth Development

Project that aims to empower the Venezuelan youth with an integrated learning experience around subjects of entrepreneurship social business and management.

The objective is to broaden the mindset of the participants in terms of their professional possibilities so they feel capable of taking the future in their own hands and build their dream.

How does it work?

Entrepreneuring for the Future is composed of tailored classes, workshops, sessions, coaching and general activities with a duration of a month.

YOUR JOB Setting up an agenda of courses about entrepreneurship, leadership and constant research about those themes.

Organizing activities for the participants of the project in order to provide them an entrepreneurial mindset and widen their perspective.

Facilitating courses, workshops and activities to the participants.

Ongoing evaluation of the performance and development of the participants during the whole period. Plan and execute improvements when necessary, according to the participants detected needs.

Intern may organize fundraising activities to boost the project

Your job is to give your best in the training and education of the participants to help them grow and find their role in society.
