AIESEC Future Leaders is a leadership development program initiated by AIESEC in Indonesia. This is the 2nd time that AIESEC in USU is taking this program. In the 2022.2023 periods, AIESEC in USU executed 2 times of AFL realization,whichisinSummerPeak(February2022-June2022)andWinter

Peak (August 2022 - January 2023). For this realization, we have significant growth, especially in the conversion funnel. Compared to last year, we achieved 141% growth for funnel registrant participants to paid participants and 103% growth for funnel realized participants to participants who finished their journey. In addition, the AIESEC Future Leaders program also contributes 50.3% to AIESEC in USU sustainability in terms of revenue

AIESEC Future Leaders by AIESEC in USU also positively contributes to youth development, especiallyfortheSumatraregion.Referringtothe data, There are the top 3 universities with the highest number of participants that comes from the University of North Sumatra (86%), Medan State University (3%), and the University of Riau (1.2%). Some of them come from more than 11 universitiesinIndonesia.

Local project open at AIESEC in USU in January 2022. With the aim as a place for the youth to self-development and also a platform for creating a real impact on society and also for the environment, Local Project AIESEC in USU open a project called Beauty of North Sumatera and has already open 2 seasons for 1st and 2nd semester of 2022. There are a lot of participants from a lot of universities registered and joined the program, and only the youth that pass the selection can be the Agent of Impact with Local Project AIESEC in USU. Local Project AIESEC in USU is also working together with 7 entities in 7 countries in ASIA Pacific to gain the knowledge and also relations of the participants of Beauty of North Sumatera. 100% of the participants is also finished the journey of their project means that the project going well and filled the participant's need. We provide the best experience to our customers by creating personalized dashboards and material for customer development and impact creation during the project held, giving the customer session that is suitable to the objective of the project and also gathering a lot of stakeholders.
