VP Greeting Assalamualaikum our beloved Exchange Participant for Global Volunteer AIESEC in Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang this winter ^^ Here I am, Maleek Najeeb Muhammad as Local Committee Vice President (LCVP) of oGVCXP AIESEC in UMM gladly congratulate all of you for your braveness to take this opportunity to have Exchange Volunteering with us this winter. What is OPS?
Outgoing Preparation Seminar is an event held for EPs (Exchange Participants) before going on Global Volunteer to prevent any problems to occur during their exchange program. This event is also to make sure that the EPs are comfortable during their exchange program. Another purpose of this seminar is to maximize the quality of experience the EPs get, and the impact and value of their AIESEC exchange.

EPs will be grouped 5 person per group according to the countries they are going to be sent. Each group will have to perform for a maximum of 5 minutes. Performance is up to the group members. It can be dancing, singing, stand up comedy, etc.
