Hey AIESEC! How are you doing? Hope you really fine and blessed. When you receive the newsletter in means it's already more than 1st February 2021 where the starting term 2021. a little flashback, we all elected in normal condition (before covid-19 breakout has come) and we survive and run the AIESEC journey in a huge uncertain condition. Those were the different challenges that the AIESECer usually experiences. There is no other word than to say thank you very much for your trust, contribution, and existence during the past year and a really big appreciation for who you still continue the AIESEC journey. Just like Wawan reminds us to embrace the challenge in MB Summit 2020, we are not wishing you luck, we are wishing you success. Time flies, memories and impact last forever. Thank you so much!
Muhammad Ilmiawan LCVP oGV AIESEC in UMM Like a journey that will surely find an end, we have come to the end of a year-long journey that we have done together, with all the stories of happiness, sadness, disappointment, anger, laughter will be woven into a beautiful memory, The last three months were our last steps towards the finish line, everyone prepared their last steps as best possible, maybe there were those who felt the last step was unsatisfactory because it did not give most results or had to end in unexpected circumstances, but I'm sure we all made good steps during this one year someday when you miss all the stories on this trip, don't forget to take a look back at the roads that you have walked for a year, thank you for all the struggles, time, energy and enthusiasm from all of you, Thank you Archiepelago 2020
Alafson Firdaus Samosir LCVP iGV AIESEC in UMM Archipelago 2020 is coming to an end, for some this will be the end of their journey, and for others, it will only be a point for further journeys, which will be more challenging, tougher, and more learnings. 3 months, 6 months, even for a year. It was not satisfying, but the good, bad, difficult and easy things we faced definitely had a purpose, and even if it was not pleasing, at least it teaches. Trust never chooses the wrong shoulder, thank you very much for your time, hard work and all the things you have sacrificed to give your best. I hope what we plan after this, can run smoothly and successfully. Thank you for the 1 year full of learnings. "Tough times never last but tough people do. Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising everytime we fall."

Preface Content Impact Circle NYC 4.0 EB Election Handover
IMPACT CIRCLE Impact circel is a community form of AIESEC in Indonesia as a platform for youth, media, and communities in Indonesia to communicate our concern well, also develop our circle to be the best version of themselves through sessions and sharings. This impact circle was conducted to promote SDG's 17: Partnerships for the Goals, where we collaborate with B2B NC / MNC in spreading awareness of the importance of doing partnerships towards achieving the goals in a disruptive era. We targeted youth in general, NC / MNC, and Community, together to collaborate in supporting the local project named ALOHA designed by AIESEC in UMM to create sustainable and progressive impacts towards society. The total of delegates attend is 372 delegates. #DesignYOUthFuture
NYC 4.0 Ngalam Youth Conference 4.0 it an Annual event of AIESEC in UMM, this event it's a closing conference for all member AIAESEC in UMM to remind and recall about our WHY, what we do for, Dreaming Process. This event already held in November 2020 by virtual with ZOOM Meeting and also attended by the alumni of AIESEC in UMM.
LC EB 2021 Election LC EB 2021 Election is an agenda to select and find our EB for the 2021 term, its start from LCP election, and after that LCVP confident voting, this event is running by physical and virtual and there have 2nd round for LCP ELECTION and 3rd round for LCVP Confident voting .
