Hi everyone! Greetings from oGT Department. I'm Friska Melinda Isnawati as Local Committee Vice President of oGT 21.22. After AIESEC in UMM officially open Global Talent at the Q1, we decided to maximize our impact by running new program. Here I'm excited to inform you that we officially open an international teaching internship program, Global Teacher. This program provides an opportunity for youth experience working in global environment. Thank you for your time to read this. Stay safe, stay healthy and stay well everyone!

ARCHIE SEHAT TM Engagement event

ARCHIE SEHAT is an engagement event for AIESEC members in UMM held by the Talent Management department, On June 2021. ARCHIE SEHAT was conducted at (UMM field) with the main activity were exercising and played some fun games. Member still following protocol during the activity. Thank you TM provided this event!

ER VISIT Department Focus

Besides conducting a virtual brand activation event as a brand showcase for external, ER also did a visit to each department for making sure the internal are aware of their own brand. They were reviewed each department with a question related to our AIESEC brand and other related how partnership standard works. This being conducted for about a month where ER team visit each department one by one, and the funny thing they said was that the whole interviewed session by ER team was kind of scary because it was like AIESEC's national exam. But after the question being asked by ER team, the department could ask whatever they don't understand about our brand, and now ER team turns that being interrogation*plot twist.

TM VISIT Department Focus

In addition to ER who visited each departments, this was also done by TM to visited each departments. They were reviewed each department related to performance team and individual question. Interviewed by TM was kind of sharing about member's feelings about their performances and roles when their work with their team.

IMPACT CIRCLE 3 ER Department Focus

As we may know Impact Circle is one of initiative program that encourages youth to the participant to make changes for better world. Impact Circle has already conducted for the third time in our LC as we will conduct more other Impact Circle every year. Impact Circle 3 was conducted in two days, started from 29th - 30th May 2021. The main topic was about Climate Change, wherein this industrial era we as humans are responsible for our environment because there is plenty of waste are being produced by the industry. We running this event for two days with two different topics.

The main topic of the first day was to increase the awareness of youth concerning our world condition by showing real data and how we as youth can contribute to making changes. And the next day the speakers were giving a workshop about making business with a positive impact on the environment. Of course, the event was running smoothly thanks to our OCs for their dedication, hopefully, we can create another interesting Impact Circle!. We got supported by PT SMI who want contribute with s again!

YVP's agenda includes campaign education, create campaigns through digital platforms, presentations about campaigns that have been made, planning for workshops to organizing committees and buddies, and workshop realization. Thank you for AIESEC Slit and AIESEC UM giving opportunity to have a great collaboration with us!

Well in this pandemic situation in our LC conducted our own initiative program and one of them called as ALOHA. We are making ALOHA is a way to counter this current situation where we call the youth from local to participate in our projects. iGV for department was preparing for the whole concept of the projects started from the beginning of this quarter. There are three main projects where the three of them bring different theme.

Down to Earth

Down to Earth that the goals is to spread awareness the current environment condition in Malang area and ask the youth how to call action by participating in the project. it was hectic at first due some regulation PPKM have changed but with their effort, they still run untill the end of the project

Equal+ that support SDGs No. 8 which is the focus to help the economic growth of UMKM around Malang to be more sustain in this current situation. The project run well even the situation have to be more into virtual but the teams and members could manage so well!

Dream School Dream School 12.0 is focusing on SDGs No. 4 which the goal is to increase the quality of education especially in Malang area. They currently have activity to prepare for collaboration and also stil running with the participant

it was pretty much hectic for iGV department because they were busy creating ideas on how this project can be impactful and meaningful even the project running online, that we knew very well it is not an easy task to convert all of the project activities to online. Good luck to all iGV peeps!.

ARCHIE ACADEMY Archie academy is one of our internal program that held by EB as a mentor, which objective is to give mentorship about personal skills with knowledge and practical as well. This program as an opportunity for the member who interested and wants to learn so they can develop their potential. They will divide into 7 groups with several topic based on member interest. Archie Academy will conduct from July to October. EB as Mentor and Member Team as Mentee. They are having fun activity even virtual and getting new insight to maximize their capacity during in AIESEC. We will update for upcoming activity from them!

NEW GT PROGRAM! oGT Department Focus

Let's meet our new program called Global Teacher! As you may know this program's objective is to develop leadership while boosting career prospects with an opportunity to work as a teacher abroad, and by joining this program we can gain experience in new crosscultural settings in the professional field as well. This our new program will give you another global opportunity with global experience with the duration of the program for 9 to 78 weeks. So are you interested? Friska and the teams will give a new vibes for next operational activity! Good Luck Avayana!

We would like to say thank you for Talent Management got an award in NFS (National Functional Summit) on 15-18 July 2021. National Functional Summit (NFS) is an annual summit of AIESEC in Indonesia that aims to evaluate the LCEB capacity to face next semester of LC’s 2021 term. This is the first time Archie getting an award in 2021. Congratulations for the winner of the Acting Sustainably Award (Talent Management).

"I was not expecting this but I'm very honored to get this achievement with my team, and I realized is not only my team achievement but all of us. There are people's contributions to get this, EB, MB even staff, by giving them insight through the processes, and I’m also very thankful for the inputs. I hope in the upcoming moment we can do better than this thing."
