Hoy AIESEC ! How was your past three month Archie? I just wanna say thankyou to all of members AIESEC in UMM for your an extraordinary contribution to this entity. I know what has passed is not easy, so you learn and learn every day until it breaks your limits because you have a willingness to be a better person. Good job everyone ! I do appreciate you with big appreciation because you are already pass 1st Semester operations in LC.
I just want to say something, whatever you go through during this time is the best experience you get and will not be repeated again and if you are not satisfied just do your best may consider it all the opportunity that comes to be the last time you will do.

2019 Outgoing Preparation Seminar this summer was held at 10.00 till 6.45 pm on Sunday, June 24th, 2019 at GKB 4 1st floor, IRO Meeting Room. UMM students who are participants of the activities of Global Volunteer called Exchange Participants. OPS attended by 51 Exchange Participants who will go to do projects in various countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, China, Taiwan, and Cambodia. OPS is one of 16 the Experience Standard that must be given to Exchange Participant that follows Global Volunteer activities at AIESEC. The agenda of OPS is Origin AIESEC, SDG's & Y4GG, Indonesia is a Home, Leadership through Exchange, Complain Flow/ECB/XPP, Project Management, and Important Information. Purpose of OPS agenda is to provide all information relating to the activities of Global Volunteer before Exchange Participants going abroad to the countries where they do the project. It also provides information about AIESEC, vision, and mission of AIESEC, and also the Global Volunteer relevancy that can contribute to achieving the vision and mission of AIESEC.

Down To Earth 1.0 Project & Dream School 7.0 Project
201 AIESEC in UMM 1920 will do projects at two times it is summer 2019 and winter 2010. One of the agenda that have to do is the Incoming Preparation Seminar, it's also one of the Experience Standard is the right to be fulfilled by Exchange Participants. Incoming Preparation Seminar summer was held two times, first IPS for Down to Earth 1.0 and Dream School, 7 from 9.00 am till 7.30 pm on Saturday, July 13th, 2019 at Hall Campus II UMM second floor and IPS for Dream School 8.0 at 9.00 am till 3.00 pm on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019. IPS attended by approximately 27 Exchange Participants from more about 13 different countries.

19 IPS agenda is about Indonesia is Calling Expectation Settings, Experience Standard, I am an Ambassador, Its A Life in 6 Weeks and Project Management. The objective of Incoming Global Volunteer is to prepare Exchange Participants all the things that include material, document, and people in the project. And the output from IPS is exchange participants will be ready with a clear understanding about Project Management, able to generate solutions while encountering problems during the project, able to relate their contribution to what the world needs, and able to increase their leadership qualities.
Dream School 8.0 Project
Project Down to Earth 1.0 is a social project organized by AIESEC in UMM that focus on environment issues based on SDG's number 12 and 15, its Responsible Consumption and Live on Land. The project is trying to increase awareness of poor people about waste management, or often called 3R activity (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle). And there are of tree-oriented activities, by planting trees at some point in Malang. Currently the project has involved 11 exchange participants consisting of, 2 Tunisian students, 2 Chinese students, 2 Czech students, 2 Turkish students, 1 Russian student, 1 Dutch student, and 1 Hongkong student. They will be in Indonesia about six weeks starting from 15th July 2019 until 23rd August 2019 to run a project in Malang. This project works with The Trash Hero Tumapel community to perform project activities.
Report Dream School 7.0 is a social project conducted by AIESEC in UMM that focus on education issue-based on SDG’s number 4 Quality Education. Main activities of the project are English teaching activities to elementary students, to build public awareness about the importance of sustainability of good quality education, which can contribute greatly to development in Malang. There are currently 7 Exchange participant that have joined the project, consisting of 2 students from Egypt, 3 students from China, 1 student from Spain and 1 Danish student. This project will be run for six weeks starting from 15th July 2019 until rd 23 August 2019 that will collaborate with several elementary schools in Malang and Rumah Belajar Polehan.
Dream School 8.0 is a social project conducted by AIESEC in UMM focusing of education issue on SDG’s number 4 Quality Education. This project is implemented with the activities of teaching English to junior high school students, with the aim of building public awareness about the importance of sustainability of good quality education, which can contribute greatly to the development of in Malang. There are currently 9 Exchange participant that have joined the project, consisting of 2 EP from Egypt, 3 EP from China, and 1 EP from Portuguese, also 1 EP from Catalonia and 1 EP from Vietnam. This project will be run for six weeks start from 3rd August till 14th September 2019 that will collaborate with several junior high schools in Malang and cooperate with Rumah Belajar Polehan community.
