Hey AIESEC! I am Dian as the Board of Advisor of AIESEC in UMM. I hope you are doing well and remain striving for anything you work on this year.

The pandemics hugely alter our way of living and doing things within a few months. Every part of the world forced to adapt quickly to cope with the novel coronavirus transmission. The fast and extensive shifts in every life aspect cause an immense disruption in our life, including to every parts of AIESEC in UMM. I understand that it is easy to feel discouraged by the current murky situation, yet, remember that every cloud always has a silver lining for us to take. We can always create our opportunity and make hay while the sun shines. As a young leader, this is your time to build up resilient and compassion to be ahead of the curve as a part of your journey as a future leader.

Lastly, I would like to thank you for giving the best you can during this unprecedented situation. Give a huge pat on your shoulder since you are doing well enough this year! Stay healthy and keep safe. Let’s meet again on the brighter side of the world.

Even though every single communication change by virtual, I hope we still can take all the knowledge, starting from all aspects of life until all things we learn in AIESEC. In this last quarter, all AIESECers, whether those who want to continue or end their journey, will still choose to level up of your experience. I also hope you can share everything you learn in AIESEC with other people.

For our last quarter, I challenge you to keep rising and face 2021 as something that can make you grow instead of fearing it. Because in the end, we and the world are all getting older.

And it is about how you face it like a challenge in a game, where the mission is to win it.

FACE Yes, you are right Bila!!!

For me, this 3rd quarter is the change from all changes. There's a lot of ambitions and dreams that were achieved in this quarter even though it is not easy for us. Every department shows that they are passionate and ambitious to make an impact and achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential through the synergy we built.

Like a sailing ship, this quarter gives us a clear direction and goals, knowing what we have to do to make a sustainable impact. The vision set by our President, "Growth Experience Through Sustainable Impact" is very clear in this quarter. There are lots of opportunities and many members braved themselves to take these opportunities to create an impact. It already shows who wants to be part of the crew of this entity and I am so PROUD!!!

Archipelago is starting to enter the final stage. There are three months left for us to continue rowing our dreams. So what should we prepare? One thing, make sure you keep the fire in you to contribute to a sustainable impact. Don't let the fire go out first in the third quarter. If possible, keep it light up until an infinite period. Join your hands, and Rayan Afif bring your HYPE with pride!

It's an annual local conference object to understand What we trough in the past 6 month and what will we do in the next 6 month, Difine Future with AIESEC Journey and Ready for AIESEC journey with the new Ambition The check point is in the middle of the semester and preparations for the next 6 months

HYPRISING HYPRISING is a Departemen t bonding Activity, to engage member from ER department to build inter -cohesiveness for each member in ER Departemen, during the activity we are trying to not talk about the operationa l things so we can to have fun together, in this event ER Departement playing som e games that guessing a son g, who smart? not me! and gam e Guess the picture.

UR ER MasterClass

UR MasterClass is talking about our new regulation in the campus as a new UKM ( Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa) that is GSC, in this MasterClass talking about how to understand about all of operational tools administration in campus, for example, draft Poker (Program Kerja), GBHK & GBHO, ADART, and Campus Proposal.

SEPTEMBER

Impact circle is a community form of AIESEC in Indonesia as a platform for youth, media, and communities in Indonesia to communicate our concern well, also develop our circle to be the best version of themselves through sessions and sharings.

For the First Time AIESEC in UMM held IMPACT CIRCLE with the topic is "Kickstart Youth's Skill to Face Future Economic Changes" with all the Speakers and Moderator from different Background and experts in their fields, with a total number of participant of 2279 delegates and succeeded to fulfill all of expectation of delegates.

it seens based on delegates satisfaction survey (rate from), 1054 delegate are choose which means very satisfy, 415 delegates are choose 4 wich means satisfy, 21 delegates are choose 3 which means average, 0 delegates are choose 2 which means under average and 4 delegates are chosse 1 Which means not satisfy at all.

After all the sessions already deliver by Speakers and Moderator we are also make a session where we are invite all delegate to doing their Call to Action by fulfill Call to Action poster where they fill about 6 Skills importent & basic of we need to achieve our future goals and what is our first step to take.

ViseroMasterClass iGV is a session to deliver knowledge related to iGV peps and to give some explanation or example about how iGV regulation in AIESEC in UMM. in this Masterclass iGV also doing a collaboration with oGV Departement to deliver a session in ViseroMasterClass.

This event’s for welcoming all the EP that they are already doing Project in abroad, the purpose of welcoming party to ensure the development of the EP returnee that they got after Exchange, and to give out the certificate from AIESEC in UMM. the total fo number of exchange that attend on Welcoming party is almost 40 peoples ( EP + AIESECer)

OP Summit

operation Summit 2020 is an agenda that helded by AIESEC Indonesia, to educat all of team leader or manager of oprational team in a whole LC in Indonesia, in this agenda we are being reminded about who we are?, what we do? , and why we are here? as an AIESECer. OP Summit already held on September 3rd-5th 2020

BO Summit

Back Office Summit 2020 is an agenda that held by AIESEC Indonesia, to educat all of team leader or manager of Back office in a whole LC in Indonesia, in this agenda to we are being reminded about who we are?, what we do? , and why we are here? as an AIESECer. and AIESEC in UMM included of top 5 LCs attending with 88.11% in BO Summit 2020 that already held on September 11-12th 2020

Internal Audit

in this September AIESEC in UMM already done to implement an Internal Audit with AIESEC Indonesia virtually for the second time. by doing an Internal audit as an assessment and our evaluation for first semester in term 2020. the purpose of this audit is to check all of the data or our proofing that we have from our first semester in term of 2020. During the internal audit, it’s running well with a less technical error.

TM Tilik

TM Tilik is an activity that creating by TM to engage member AIESEC in UMM and to connect TM with member from another Department, in this activity TM create the agenda with full of playing some games that we can playing by virtual.

OCTOBER

Preparing to Discover Local Contribution

Add a little bit Incoming Global Volunteer Department now focuses on "Preparing to discover local contribution", what is "Preparing to discover local contribution"? iGV department is Preparing a NEW Project for this Winter, the target of the project it's for the college student (Local Volunteer). there are two plan output by doing this project, first, we want to show when we still attest if we are still can make an impact on society in this current pandemic condition now.

and for the second one is there will create a standard delivery for Local Volunteer which is where it will be the new standard delivery for LV, it will be useful when they are doing a project with the Exchange Participant.

Alafson as LCVP iGV he hopes by creating this project can be some opportunity to collaborate with campus UMM as KKN Project or PMM Project or it can be a sustainable project for the next term.

Youths Today is a platform from AIESEC in Indonesia network to connect youth to create awareness regarding the importance of developing their leadership.

For the First Time AIESEC in UMM held YOUTH TODAY with the topic is "Shaping Leadership for Global Challenges Through Local and International Contribution" with all the Speakers and Moderator from different Background and experts in their fields, with a total number of participant of 1043 delegates and succeeded to fulfill all of expectation of delegates.

Local Committee President Election an event that is synchronizing with the selection of LCP candidates who nominate themselves to become LCPs at the next term in 2021. in this Election We have Konita Ayu Nabila that she has already elected as LCP for the 2021 term.
