The Best Conference (BestCo) is addressed everyone in the plenary of AIESEC in Italy!

• Starts at 14:00 of the 4th April • Ends at 16:00 of the 7h April •

Attendance is compulsory all the time, manage your travel properly

You can reach Foligno station also by taking Flixbus from Bari, Bologna, Milano, Napoli, Verona and other cities Arrival in Perugia or Rome. Check their site (https://www.flixbus.it/).

If you travel by train it is highly suggested to arrive at Foligno station where there will be the opportunity to book a shuttle service. It will cost

3â‚Ź each trip or 5â‚Ź round trip.

If you travel by car you can reach the venue via A1 highway taking the Trevi exit. Free parking space is provided in front of the hotel.

• If you arrive at Foligno train station, you will find a shuttle service that will bring you directly to the venue!

It will cost 3€ each trip or 5€ round trip.

You will have to BOOK it through a FORM that we will provide to your Chief Delegate.

In order to benefit from it, you need to arrive at

Foligno train station 20 minutes BEFORE THE OPENING starts, and you need to leave AFTER THE CLOSING end.

• NO OTHER REQUESTs will be taken in consideration!

After submitting the application form, you will book the nights you will stay at the hotel and pay for the conference according to your LCP’s/VP Finance’s guidelines*.

37 EURO PER NIGHT

The fee you will pay will cover accommodation and meals. (starting from dinner of your check-in up to lunch of your checkout)

IF YOU FILL THE PODIO FORM YOU ARE BOOKING THE ROOM IN THE HOTEL AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE IT.

*Cancellation policy will be very strict: once you fill in the application form, you are obliged to pay.
