EBC 2017 will be held in Trevi, from 11th till 14th of May

●

Conference will start at 13:00 and will end at 16:00

●

Conference target: EBs, TLs, TMPs

●

Food: lunch for the first day is not provided

It is mandatory to be there from the very beginning of the conference until the very end!

This booklet is prepared for you to understand better the value of Extremely Bene Conference – so what is going to happen, what is your role in this, why you should attend EBC and what you need to prepare.

Day 1: Functional preparation

During the first day you will: * understand how Summer Peak achievements are connected to purpose of the organization * get to know the new global changes that are happening in our organization and how to act upon that * analyze how your functional strategy for Summer Peak progress and you will work all together with your functional team on making it BIGGER * consult all the functional doubts (also with synergies) * listen to an external perspective from our unique chair * attend the study time if you need to prepare for your exams or have a chill space

Day 3: Approve or go home!

During the third day you will: * have skills’ development workshops based on your area needs * polish all the actions steps within your function for Summer Peak Achievements * understand the power of IXP * have a unique opportunity to attend Approval Space and be a part of something remarkable in this entity (you will get all the details soon) * get an opportunity to attend plenaries with our AWESOME chair * participate in Hall of Fame – appreciation time for LCs who kicked asses during approval time * attend the study time if you need to prepare for your exams or have a Global Village Party

Day 4: Summer Peak #MakeIT

During the fourth day you will: * attend and contribute to a hacking Summer Peak space as a follow up for your LC’s coaching visit and boosting your LC’s performance for summer peak * become a part of Make In Italy movement to deliver legendary Summer Peak * close your conference experience being ready and fully equipped to downscale the knowledge, skills and attitude to other member’s of your LC
