We are extremely happy to launch applications for OC Team for BestCO 2019!

We are looking for brave individuals willing to step up and give 100% for this thrilling experience as it is.

These brave individuals will contribute to create the BEST CONFERENCE AIESEC in Italy has ever seen!

There will be a lot of work within the next weeks in order to deliver this conference, so if you feel like challenging and developing yourself in a national organizational committee experience, go ahead and fill out the application form!

OC physical presence is required from 3th to 7th April.

•

Accomodation costs are covered;

•

Transportation costs are not covered.

•

Attendance is compulsory all the time from the 3th at 10 am until 7th April at 20:00 pm, so manage your travel properly

○ Applications are open to: Everyone from the plenary of AIESEC in Italy, included Alumni. ○ You can apply through the following link: bit.ly/OCBESTCO2019 ○ Proficiency in using Google Suite is required as well. ○ Based on the Application Form response, only a shortlist of applicants will be required to take part in a personal interview. ○ Depending on the number of applications, the non shortlisted candidates may not receive elaborated feedbacks but will have a response in any case.

OC Team is the final responsible of delivering logistical aspects of the conference.

General duties include: delegates, venue, transportation and engagement management.

The OC Team is accountable to the MC 18.19 and by extension to the whole plenary.

Furthermore it’s part of the conference team and is expected to interacts and help FACIs. 100% Accountability and problem solving skills are non-negotiable for all the OC positions for the whole duration of the term.

The structure can change during the process.
