TXP STRATEGIES - Map your LC to see where do people want to go and when. You can do it through a local survey, or through the session in your DDs. - Use R&R for that. Example: if the LC achieve the IXP goal, the EB will make a pizza night for the LC, or every members that approve for IXP will appear in the LC Facebook Group‌ - Use the mapping form strategically so that oGV can select the right opportunities based on where members want to go.

TXP STRATEGIES - Plan you calendar of campaign, who will be your targets for each week, and what channels you will focus on for attracting interested people.

- Work on showcasing members that already left on IXP and can tell their stories to members. You can do that in LC meetings or in the Facebook Group.

- Put IXP in all the places you can possibly think on (really)

OGX STRATEGIES - Include that in your strategy for March and April. A % of you March and April goal of Approvals should come from IXP strategies.

- Search for living costs in cities you are promoting, so that members can get a sense of the total cost that this will take for them.

- Promote by the fact that, by going on an exchange, members will be able to get to know the reality of AIESEC in other countries.

OGX STRATEGIES - Work with your cooperations in order to make a faster process for IXP approvals, and communicate that to your members!
