Tes1monials Entering this project I thought it was going to be like any other volunteering event, but it was more than that. This project helped me understand the SDGs, how I am capable to help achieve them, and at the same time I was able to share this message to the people from Rosario, Argentina. Throughout 6 weeks my teammates and I informed businesses, NGOs and schools on the SDGs 2 and 12. We approached each age group differently, but all with the same goal, to have them promise to make a change in their lifestyle that would help end hunger and ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. I would not choose to spend those 6 weeks in any other way. Angelica Leija Project volunteer, Argentina From the camp that I participated in, I got so many information that I’ve never learnt before. Such as, how to be a good leader and how to lead other people to be responsible of their leftover foods which caused a lot of negative effects to us. Besides that, I gained many international friends and learnt a lot of things from them as well as throughout this program. This camp is a very exciting and informative activity. I got to know a lot about food waste and how we as individuals and the youth in Malaysia can contribute towards this issue! Aimi Workshop participant, Malaysia

This was the first time where our garbage wasn’t overflowing outside on the street, this is due to the amount of food composted. As time went on, all of our kids learned what should be composted, what should be recycled, and thrown out. Cindy Robertson Director of Kiddie Keep Well Camp, USA
