ECB INNOVATIION This role has the responsibility to implement new strategies to create a better audits system and he has to work hand by hand with Case solver and Auditors tracker team to create new tool to have a better control in the entity, and also, is the main responsible to create and deliver guides of the processes that ECB will be handle for the membership to have a better understanding. This role has also to be responsible of the Code of Ethics and ER principles to have a better management of the membership in each LCs and in the whole entity. And as a last thing, is the main responsible to have the control of the page of ECB for AIESEC in Mexico, so he have the responsibility to manage it and keep it updated with the most important information from ICB to our entity. #Tools created and updated IT Skills #Guides to the whole entity Information managment skills %of page management KPIS CoE and ER Principles knowledge Requirements %Information Managed LCVP, LCP, NST, MCB Experience General NPS Score No member of any committee in @Mexico

QUESTIONS

1. How will you ensure the understanding to the network about your ECB Role?

2. In accordance to the new page for ECB; What do you thing are going to be the main challenges about this implementation to the network?

3. How could you keep updated to the membership and give the right information to have a better understanding of ER Principles and CoE? 4. What will you do so that every local committee understands the relevance of co-delivery and how to align SE to HE responsibilities?

5. What will be the main strategy to create a one single system to have uploaded the information of Cases, consultancies, audits and ES tracking?

ECB TXP 1. Co create projects hand in hand with the MCVP TXP to generate career plan in the Mexican membership.

2. Can solve the inconveniences that our membership have according our Team Standards.

3. Work by the hand of the NST People Analytics to identify the main discomforts that our membership has and improve them.

ECB (GV/get) CASE SOLVING & CONSULTANCY This role is the main responsible to make sure that every single case in @Mexico will be solved by the best and fast way possible to any kind of our customers, from ICX and OGX and at the same time, the person in charge of this role will be able to clarify any doubt and question for any VP/LCP/ TL,TM. Has to give to the membership webinars to explain how they can approach ECB and what will happen if they do for solve a case.

Requirements

- XPPs or ES Knowledge.

- OGX or ICX background.

- Has to be a no member of any committee in @Mexico.

- Information Management and results oriented.

- Presentation and explanation skills

ECB(GV/get) AUDITORY AND ES Tracker This role is responsible to make the audits to each entities per each product and so on, cover the right fines and also have all the information in one folder to have a better control of the documents in the entity. Is the responsible to update the information in a tool to clear understanding about the behaviors of each entity. And make sure that each entity know the right process to make audits happen without any mistake. As a ES tracker it has to follow up each ES per product to make sure the local entities are updating the tool in order to know our NPS score monthly.
