A full mattress replacement for the patient at very high risk. Independently tested to show pressure release performance.

The coverlet is constructed with a 1cm layer of hyper-stretch open cell foam which in turn is coated with a micromesh material similar to that used in high performance athletic wear to wick moisture away from the body.

The patented DynamULinkTM cell design uses elasticised members to transfer the power of inflating cells to force down the deflating sets. This alternately removes almost all interface pressure under nearly 80% of the patient’s body.

A robust side skirt design integrated into the coverlet binds the whole mattress together increasing the system’s ability to support a variety of patient loads safely and securely.

Mattress cells alternate in a paired 1-in-2 pattern for optimal restoration of blood flow to tissues.

Additional static side cells provide extra support to patients, especially during transfers and repositioning (king single & bariatric only).

Fully welded outer covers for total infection control, with a unique “mattress within a mattress” design, ensure complete protection.

The coverlet not only insulates the patient from “Cell Chill” but also from any excess moisture buildup. The thin foam layer also assists in avoiding reperfusion injury in patients at high risk of sub-dermal vascular damage.

Air Alternating Overlay Support System

COMPARE THE DIFFERENCE The Theraflow patented DynamULink™ cell design represents the greatest leap forward in pressure release in an alternating support surface. In the past, forcing pressure from cells was only possible using expensive and noisy vacuum pumps inside the control units.

Other alternating systems rely on the gradual passive release of air from a mattress through a valve in the control unit. The Theraflow system cleverly uses the energy of the inflating cells themselves to force deflate the adjoining cells. This literally “collapses” deflating cells away from the patient.

This innovation, in combination with a suite of innovative features, makes the Theraflow the only choice in the effective high risk prevention and treatment of existing pressure areas.
