Office: - The space allocated to the office should be easily accessible to the students.

Computer Lab: - Each institute must have a computer lab
Class Rooms:- Two airy classrooms are required . One for theory with white board and another for practical lab.
Faculty : - Two full-time graduated counsellor for center.
Wash Room:- The institute must have washroom’s facility.
Land Area:- For an urban area: minimum 300 sqft For the rural area: minimum 100 sqft
Number of PCs :- Minimum 5 PC are required for an urban area. Minimum 3 PC are required for the rural area.
