WHAT WE NEED FROM HOTELS •Compelling exclusive offers that will generate demand for your property.

•Value adds (i.e. comp upgrades, breakfast, spa credit…etc.).

•Net rate which we will sell at a ~15% markup.

•Travel dates for a period of 3-7 months (blackout dates OK).

•Room allotment (~5 rooms/night) available during the 6-day sale. These room nights will be released after the 6-day sale which is very low risk for the hotel.

•A guarantee that the offer provided to us is the best on the market by a minimum 30% during the sale period based on the total value
