Tropic Tours A Division of Caribbean Travel Agency, Inc. “Your destination management company from touch-down to take-off” Established 1962 St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands Contact: Brooks Reid Brown

Mikeska, Inc. Terry Mikeska President San Angelo, TX RE: West Texas Oil and Gas Independent Producers 75 Deluxe Rooms 7 days 6 nights July-September 2010 140 (plus 5 staff) St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands

Dear Terry, My sister, Courtney, and I are delighted to provide you and Global Meeting Services with our Tropic Tours 2009-2010 confidential net tariff for West Texas Oil and Gas Independent Producers. We hope that upon reading about our full destination management services and information on the Virgin Islands that West Texas Oil and Gas Independent Producers can easily visualize and understand how these beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands should be the destination of choice for their first time event. The U.S. Virgin Islands are conveniently situated 1,100 miles southeast of Miami in the eastern Caribbean. The average temperature ranges from 77°F in the winter to 83°F in the summer with year round ever-constant tropical trade wind breezes. Despite the close proximity of all three islands each island has its own distinctive character and provides distinguishable topographical differences. St. Thomas, being mountainous, affords one fantastic natural splendors, such as stunning views of the Caribbean from 1,500 feet above sea level. St Thomas boasts one of the most beautiful harbors in the world, and as the most visited island in the Caribbean, downtown Charlotte Amalie’s myriad elegant shops are internationally renowned for luxury item bargains in china, crystal, jewelry and gold, to mention a few of the extraordinary “finds” you will discover here that can also be used as fabulous gifts and or amenities. Tropic Tours fully supports the local arts culture while maintaining a relationship with off island distributors for other “hard to find” items. On St. Thomas we have numerous choices of fine-dining restaurants and all are familiar with our dine-around programs. Should you need a final farewell evening or formal reception our island features elegant, breathtaking private homes that will enhance your group’s memories of their stay in the Virgin Islands. Our year round availability to sound-lighting technicians, local live entertainment/performers, photographers, and videography professionals can be added to compliment your program, making it an experience to be remembered. St. John, reachable by a 20-minute inter-island ferry, is two-thirds national park. Its comfortable pace is perfect for enjoying the island's world-renowned beaches such as Trunk Bay, Hawks’ Nest and Cinnamon Bay to name just a few. A nature lover's favorite, St. John offers hiking, snuba, and kayaking, as well as assorted specialty shopping at Mongoose Junction. If you partake in our full day scenic island tour you’ll know why “a beach is a beach” is truly nonsensical as you marvel at each new view around the bend. St. Croix is perfect for visitors who want to venture to a sister Virgin Island for a daytrip of horseback riding near 18th-century sugar mills or playing a round of golf at Carambola. We at Tropic Tours are excited to work with West Texas Oil and Gas Independent Producers to help make this a vacation to remember for everyone involved and we look forward to hearing from you. Cordially,

Courtney Brown Gabrielson Secretary -Treasurer /Owner

Brooks Reid Brown President/Owner
