Business Philosophy Associates in Business is a Marketing and Social Media Solutions company that focuses on the clients needs—ensuring that the products and services being offered are in sync with the end user. This is the foundation of successful marketing that has made many businesses incredibly successful. The team at Associates in Business have worked on domestic and international companies that offer a variety of services and products. It is the goal of Associates in Business to implement a marketing communication strategy that will increase the Aventura Worldwide Transportation services online presence through the design and development of engaging social media platforms. Our approach is founded on three key fundamentals: (1) The products: It is vital to thoroughly understand what you are selling or promoting. How will your company and services stand out? Why should consumers choose your company as an option for transportation? What do people think about your company? This information will translate into communicating features into benefits. (2) The consumer: Understanding the target audience and what relationships they have with your company is important. How does your company and services fit in their lives. Taking that approach creates an environment where your company address the consumer’s needs. More importantly understanding your consumer(s) will enable your marketing communications to “speak” their language.

After compiling the information from the three key fundamentals we can establish a strategy to achieve your business objectives— increase Facebook fan page engagement and online bookings. To accomplish these objectives entails the development and execution of multiple components. • Brand identity: Given the competitive market place of the corporate and travel industry, the consumer must feel that they are going to the official page for the copmpany. Aventura Worldwide Transportation Service is a full service transportation company with an extensive affiliate program that allows for World Wide service. The company has been providing service to the corporate and hospitality markets for over 20 years.

In addition to developing original designs for all your social media channels, Associates in Business supervises all stages of production for each item. This “supervising” is more of a quality control, ensuring that every piece is produced to the highest possible standards.

In looking at the current scope of competition, there are not many companies utilizing social media to build their business. And those that are, do not have the solutions to maximize their efforts.

Below is a full spectrum of social media opportunities that can be created for Aventura Worldwide Transportation services’ Social Media Solutions.

The new Facebook fan page will communicate all the services associated with the company and will become a key tool in marketing efforts.

• Official Aventura Worldwide Transportation Service Facebook business Fan Page which will encompass functional applications (i.e., video, reservations link) to make the page interactive to users and extend brand awareness. • Customized Twitter Page background to increase brand awareness. • Custom YouTube Page extends brand awareness and provides interlinking of multiple social medial platforms by using video content placed in YouTube with links from Facebook. • AIB will produce a Video from existing company photos. Observations of Current Fanpage • There are no engaging applications for fan retention. • The current Aventura Worldwide Transportation Service Facebook fanpage does not have any linkage to the core website. Nor is there a link from the website to Facebook. • Lacking social media interaction. • Intuitive tabs or other direct links to add value to the fanpage (i.e., BOXES, NOTES). A better solution is to have custom tabs like “Welcome”, “Promotions”, and an on-screen interactive brochure that makes the fanpage more than just an ordinary static fanpage with pictures and review.

Social Media Platform Design The saying “Less is more” always holds true. In the business of marketing communication the message should always be simple and clear. Creating a Facebook fanpage that is visually appealing and highly functional to users is a challenge. It requires understanding of marketing, design and computer-human interaction. This is accomplished by the following steps: • Establishing a clear visual hierarchy— Doing so will save the consumer time since the design of the pages has prioritized the content for the user (i.e. fanpage tabs).

Facebook Fanpage Design Facebook allows consumers to communicate directly with companies as well as provide honest feedback within their own social circles, which leads to increase in Brand awareness. Below are the components that are integrated into Facebook fanpage design. • Welcome Page: Create a Welcome page that features multiple links and reservations App. For consistency the fanpage design will include branding components used on the Aventura Worldwide Transportation Services website. • Video: Create a video from photo gallery that will include services and contact information. • Video Application: Create a video application that will play a video playlist from Aventura Worldwide Transportation Services YouTube page. The videos will stream into the application where fans will be able to choose and view the videos within the Facebook tab. Associates in Business will work with the company to develop a marketing strategy for video content. • Brochure Page: Create a page where visitors will be able to view the company information right on the Facebook page.
