In today’s rapidly evolving world, technology has
revolutionized every industry, and architecture is no
exception. The integration of technology in architecture has brought about remarkable advancements,
enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability
in design and construction processes. However, it is
crucial to examine the potential drawbacks, such as
over-reliance on technology and the risk of losing the
human touch in design. We invited experts and enthusiasts to share their experiences, research, ideas and
opinions* as we delve into the impact and challenges
of technology in architecture for our October issue
of ARCHITECTURE New York State.
