Honoring the meaningful contributions made across AHRC and its affiliate agencies, awards were presented to Purolator International, Girl Scout Mia Bacani, and The Giving Tree Family President Amber Sun. Eighty certificates were given to volunteers, including Girl Scout Troop 3322.

“You really get to know the people in the community and the more you volunteer, the better you get to know them. It’s really rewarding to be able to work with others to help improve the community,” said Amber.
