A Center for Local Artisans of this Italian Island

This project located on the Italian island of Pantelleria was designed after seeing the need for a cultural arts center for all the local artisans. Like the location of this island, the culture is truly one of a kind. Apart from being a remote vacation spot for celebrities, itʼs local residents are always creating art inspired by their natural surroundings. Several art forms are found all over the island like painting, ceramic arts, sculptures made from recycled materials, photography, wine making, and textile design to just name a few. As this island continues to grow it needs a place to display its local artisans work.
