Join us as we make our way around town this summer for these community events. Stop by and say hi to library staff – you may even get a library-themed giveaway item!

Ride your bike and Join usinthe FourthofJulyParade!
Register at ahml.info starting June 1 to ride your bike alongside our parade entry and the bookmobile. Space is limited; sign up early. Open to all ages, but must be able to ride your bike the entire 1.5-mile parade route. T-shirt and decorate-your-bike kit provided to participants. Arlington Heights cardholders only. Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Riders must wear helmets.

The parade steps off from Dunton and Oakton, travels South on Dunton to Miner, then East to Recreation Park.

Every other Saturday, 8 a.m.–12:30 p.m. May 28 through October 15 Bookmobile hours: 8:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. N. Vail Ave. and W. Fremont St.
Stop by the Farmers Market and the bookmobile.
