About Us Almuzain is one of the leading EPC companies that cater to the ever-growing and complex demands of the industry in Saudi Arabia. Founded by Mr Mohammed H.M. Al-Muzain, Almuzain grew from humble beginnings in 1996, and is a market leader in the Kingdom today. Our Services

Heavy Equipment Rental Almuzain owns and operate a fleet of heavy equipment which is provided directly under our clients’ control on hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rate basis.

Our Equipment Rental Division provides equipment rental services through a network team, and with its fleet of more than 100 equipment such as welding machines, generators, automobiles, fork lifts, earth moving equipment, cranes, crawler cranes, boom trucks, dump trucks, loaders, excavators, side booms, air compressors, tower lights, welding machines and dewatering pumps.

On top of it, Almuzain’s supervisory staff are well experienced and stringently comply with all modern industrial technical standards and safety regulations.

Project Support Services Plant Construction and Commissioning We cater to our clients’ plant construction and precommissioning needs across industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, steel and power throughout Saudi Arabia.

Our highly trained construction and commissioning teams are dedicated to meet the requirements for any construction activities and commissioning services including steam blowing, air blowing, oil flushing, chemical cleaning, fluid pumping, nitrogen services, pipeline pigging and testing, chemical degassing and decontamination, hydro testing, filtration and fluid heating services.

Piping, Fabrication and Welding We are one of the leading piping, fabrication and welding service providers in Saudi Arabia with a range of facilities under one roof. We are a “one stop shop” service provider to any specialized welding solutions required by our clients.

Almuzain is also authorised by American Welding Society (AWS) for welder training, and as such we also provide welder qualification tests and issue coupons. Our Mechanical Division is spearheaded by highly skilled and technically qualified experts, API certified professionals, ASNT Level III, Level II, CWI, CSWIP, NACE professionals as well as safety practitioners specialising in quality service.

Dewatering System Almuzain specialises in executing Open, WellPoint as well as Deep Well dewatering systems to lower the groundwater table to considerable depths at construction sites. Our Services

Plant Shutdown Almuzain provides plant shutdown maintenance services for a variety of industries. Our primary objective is to cost-effectively meet the technical requirements and maintain quality throughout the process. Industries to which we offer plant maintenance services include power and utilities, oil and gas, refineries, petrochemical, metals and mineral in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Bolt Tensioning and Torquing Almuzain offers its clients Hydraulic Bolt Torquing and tensioning services, the most familiar technique for the prevention of leaks in bolted assemblies such as pipe flanges.

Almuzain uses specially designed equipment, trained manpower, proven bolt loading calculations and written procedures to tighten joints to the desired tolerances in a controlled and safe manner.

We have our own skilled and trained manpower who are capable of handling such specialised maintenance services.

Plant Maintenance Services Chemical Cleaning & Decontamination Servicesalmazain Almuzain provides automated and on-site cleaning of process equipment using high pressure water by using advanced internal and external tube bundle cleaning equipment. In order to tackle hazardous environments, we use high performance, high pressure hydro-jetting equipment complete with safety devices.

Our experienced operators ensure optimum method selection for each application by using specialised tools. They include, fit for purpose lances and nozzles, automated equipment, abrasives, and chemical solutions. The result – every project is completed in record time, and passes inspection right at the first time.

We also offer specially trained individuals to accommodate our clients’ needs by matching the appropriate equipment to get the task completed efficiently and safely. Moreover, our diesel powered wet and dry vacuum trucks and tankers work in tandem with hydro blasting technology to transport or dispose of waste matter on or off-site.

Catalyst Handling Services Almuzain has extensive experience in executing catalyst projects efficiently and safely.

Our expertise include:

Our Services

Exchanger Tube Bundle Pulling Almuzain provides hydraulic tube bundle extractors that prevent damage to bundles caused during extraction. These extractors can handle almost any horizontal bundle with all hydraulic functions remotely controlled for optimal operator safety.

Besides being easy to use even in small spaces, they also dramatically decrease timelines. Our tube bundle extractors are self-contained units which can be easily lifted into position by just one crane and can work independently in any location.

In addition, our special lifting frame ensures ease of offloading as well as maximum reach. We remove the risk of damage to our clients’ expensive assets by using a pulling hook mechanism which compensates the massive power against the shell flange

Hot Tapping Almuzain provides Hot Tapping services through its associates in the Kingdom that enables our clients to meet deadlines safely and with minimum disruption to production. This precise process require our experienced engineers to drill a hole in a piping system under pressure without draining or spilling the products. We also provide exceptional value and efficiency by ensuring safe, fast tie-ins, repairs, modifications and bypass of faulty or damaged systems are in full operating conditions as quickly as possible.

Plant Maintenance Services Static Equipment Maintenance Almuzain undertakes a wide range of static equipment maintenance services on heat exchangers, boilers, columns and vessels etc, for our Sabic and Aramco clients during their plant turnaround activities. We have skilled and qualified manpower to handle such critical turnaround activities. In addition we have been appreciated for our work by Aramco and Sabic many times. To ensure time barred execution of plant shutdowns by our clients, our team works closely with end-users during the initial stages of any plant shutdowns.

Lipseal Cutting Lipseal cutting is a very critical activity during plant shutdowns. When our competitors find it difficult to execute such an activity, our skilled staff does it with an efficiency which often surprises our clients.

Reformer Tube Replacement Primary reformers are used to convert a “process gas” mixture of hydrocarbons and steam into hydrogen rich gases which can be used in the manufacture of petrochemicals. Reformer tubes need periodic replacements. Almuzain has a team of experienced people capable of independently handling such critical replacements within our client’s stringent timelines.

Aluminum and Alloy Welding Aluminium and alloy welding is our speciality. Almuzain has in its team, specialised qualified aluminium and alloy welders ever ready to be deployed to our client sites.
