DESCRIPTION

This elevation section begins with a bathroom wall clad in Cleopatra tiles, featuring a mix of Melo Grey, Melo Mix, and Melo Mattita finishes. The design includes a wall-mounted toilet and structured tile layout marked with precise vertical measurements. Above, a Futec cornice (#019) and gypsum board complete the upper edge detail. Moving into the central area, the vanity wall showcases Wallys wallpaper (Rolls #MAKALU) framed by vertical MDF wood slats (Mikawy Code RV06) and highlighted with gold stainless steel strips. A large round mirror (R0.59) is centred on the wall, flanked symmetrically by vertical wall lights. Below the mirror is a sleek floating vanity unit measuring 1 meter wide by 2.25 meters high. The entire setup is softly illuminated with a warm 3000K LED strip, creating a refined and balanced focal point.

The right side of the elevation transitions into a modern TV feature wall, where a PVC marble board (Mikawy Code ML.340) with elegant veining serves as the backdrop for a centred 55-inch television. This marble panel is bordered by MDF wood slats (Code RV06), creating vertical rhythm and visual warmth. A floating wooden console sits beneath the TV, suspended 0.72 meters above the floor and integrated seamlessly into the design. The full width of this feature spans approximately 3.34 meters. Above, the ceiling is detailed with gypsum board, cove lighting, and structural components such as Omega and C-Channels. The far-right portion of the wall incorporates PVC grass framed with PVC wood slats, adding a touch of organic texture and completing the elevation with a cohesive, natural accent.

INTERIOR DESIGN

DESCRIPTION

The old bathroom had a cozy and eclectic feel with teal-painted walls and a mix of traditional decor elements. Storage was provided by a white over-the-toilet cabinet and a small vanity area. Accessories and decorations, including artificial plants, ornate candle holders, and a decorative mirror frame, added a personal touch. However, the space felt a bit crowded and outdated with its linoleum flooring, older fixtures, and limited lighting.

The remodel approach is to give the bathroom a sleek, modern, and luxurious aesthetic. The walls and floor are now clad in large-format white marble-look tiles with subtle gray veining, giving the space a clean and high-end feel. The old vanity has been replaced with a modern floating vanity in a dark finish, topped with a white counter top and gold-accented fixtures. A backlit LED mirror adds both style and functionality, significantly improving lighting. The outdated shower area has been transformed into a spacious glass-enclosed shower with gold trim, enhancing the sense of openness and elegance.
