Selecting The Right Location Partner

In 2018, four China markets made location proposals for Sustain2 projects. All made compelling offers and today, represent future development opportunities. Guizhou's capital city, Guiyang's proposal was ultimately selected with Icon Therapeutics' Child Advance as the initial project selected in joint venture with the Guiyang Medical University.

Icon Therapeutics’ commitment to establishing new standards in health care, providing training for over 1,800 therapeutic professional specialists while serving over 40,000 patients, required a resoueced local partner committed to advancment. China holds an opportunity to leverage its current lack of therapeutic infrastructure and limited number of trained clinicians towards a leadership position in the area of translational medicine with a recognized need to agresivley bring care to over 85 million unserved of their rehab community. Can they inspire a determination towards the greater global underserved?

China, not having a legacy infrastructure attached to dated ways of doing things, has an advantage of applying the scientific findings directly to clinical practice with a predominantly “blank slate advantage. Transportation

Sustain2 projects go beyond the healthcare inititives that made a compelling fit for the Guizhou location. AirShip and Hyper Sub both hold clear first-in-class standing in their industries as represent disruptive transportation technologies. HyperSub exceeds world records for a sub’s speed and can be operated without an expensive support ship due to its unique ability to travel above the water surface to a dive point or destination. AirShip’s unique design takes current drone vertical-take-of-and-landing (VTOL) flight endurance, from at best 3 to 4 hours but typically less then 40 to 90 minutes, to 5 days of autonomous flight.

Sustainability Return

Sustain2 believes each project stands on its own in its ability to offer a significant economic and societal contribution to its new home community. This includes more than the 1,200 Jobs, 5.7 USD Billion in direct new economic contribution. Sustain2 is also interested in the humanitarian and community sustainability returns as well as shared rewards of business success.
