Update: In the fall of 2018, four China markets made location proposals. All made compelling offers and today, represent future development opportunities. Guizhou's capital city, Guiyang's proposal was ultimately selected as the best offer with Icon Therapeutics as the initial project selected. Icon Health Global, Ltd. elected to joint venture with the Guiyang Medical University to begin its healthcare developments in Guiyang, Guizhou, China later that year.

I. Summary Request for Proposal Sustain2 is seeking a location partner proposal for the location of 3 business operations.

Icon Therapeutics’ commitment to establishing new standards in health care, providing training for over 1,800 therapeutic professional specialists while serving over 40,000 patients, reinforce this complement. China holds an opportunity to leverage its current lack of therapeutic infrastructure and limited number of trained clinicians towards a leadership position in this area of health globally.

China, not having a legacy infrastructure attached to dated ways of doing things, has an advantage of applying the scientific findings directly to clinical practice with a predominantly “blank slate advantage. Icon’s fortuitous timing to help set the standards in therapeutic care that could help China establish this lead is very promising. See Resource Gallery Item No. 4. A Level 3 Development Evolution

Transportation AirShip and Hyper Sub both hold clear first-in-class standing in their industries as represent disruptive transportation technologies. HyperSub exceeds world records for a sub’s speed and can be operated without an expensive support ship due to its unique ability to travel above the water surface to a dive point or destination. AirShip’s unique design takes current drone vertical-take-of-and-landing (VTOL) flight endurance, from at best 3 to 4 hours but typically less then 40 to 90 minutes, to 5 days of autonomous flight.

Additionally, both represent transitions into the future of transportation and subsurface missions.

Donald C. Winter, 74th Secretary of the Navy after extensively examining HyperSub said “with HyperSub we are looking at the future of naval warfare”. AirShip’s VTOL design scaled for transport and cargo loads represent opportunities for piloted and autonomous air taxi, troop, cargo, medevac and equipment transport.

Protection & Security With over 30 million USD in back orders to Chinese customers, Sustain Armor’s X2 is Sustain2’s first production priority in a series of armor protection and security solutions.

Effort has been taken in picture selections and content to introduce both the current products as well as future design concepts. Local Partner Capital Contributions

Of obvious priority interest to Sustain2 is a location partner’s willingness and ability to financially co-invest in the estimated Local Partner Capital Costs of USD 26.5 million (See Table 1.) to help offset location costs and take a stake in the game interest.

Sustainability Return

Sustain2 believes each project stands on its own in its ability to offer a significant economic and societal contribution to its new home community. This includes more than the 1,200 Jobs, 5.7 USD Billion in direct new economic contribution. Sustain2 is also interested in the humanitarian and community sustainability returns as well as shared rewards of business success.

Non-Monetary Considerations

There are other non-economic factors that will support critical venture success. Support in policy, establishing a strong China market, community development that will draw productive employees and technical talent are all examples of non-monetary considerations. Hyper-Sub

Among Sustain2 technology assets ready for production design, manufacturing and commercial deployment is the manned/unmanned Hyper-Sub. The Hyper-Sub is a high speed, long range surface craft as well as diesel electric submarine. It is a straight forward combination of a speedboat (whose hull is flooded during a dive) with a proven deep dive cylindrical submersible.

Competitive options without its proprietary design technology are dependent on surface support vessels typically an additional 100 to 150 million USD investment, 100 plus additional support crew limiting dramatically the economic feasibility of missions and opportunity for stealth presence. This allows the Hyper-Sub to operate at only a fraction of the cost of other systems that are capable of accessing the subsea environment.

As a speedboat, the Hyper-Sub deploys very easily and quickly from almost any dock or beach, and can operate in as little as 3 feet of water. It is able travel long distances in most weather conditions while being able to do so without the aid of a transport or support vessel. It has a maximum utility range of 500 miles and a top speed of in excess of 30kts.

As a submarine, the HyperSub can dive to a maximum depth of 1,500 feet and is capable of diving repeatedly when deployed given its ability to recharge its batteries unlike its submersible counter parts. It carries a maximum of 6 crew members, can remain

submerged for up to 1 week and has a maximum lift capability of 30,000 pounds. The Hyper-Sub can remain deployed for many days while either on the surface, submerged, or in any combination of the two.

AirShip AirShip’s patented fuselage lift and power production platform represent a quantum leap in performance with its endurance capabilities to operate a contiguous 5-day mission.

100% power demands on the V-5 configuration falls within 20% of its real time solar power production capacity leaving as much as 80% of its power production as a resource for high power demanding payloads such as on board computation, intelligence, communication such as satellite Wi-Fi and cellular communications and surveillance tasks.

The 5-day endurance ability allows AirShip to penetrate market sectors that have been unavailable to the current drone and UAV markets. New service economies are reached such as 24/7 large canopy cell-phone-on-demand for real time rescue, communications or surveillance services to mention a few. AirShip AirServe can serves millions of internet-based 1st Responder customers simultaneously with realtime data-in-motion mobile applications. Police, fire, search and rescue, emergency management, emergency communications, departments of transportation, public health departments and the news media represent target applications.

AirShip Transport Systems and AirShip Technology Group address manufacturing and design applications respectively. Sustain2 expect to select its AirShip Transport Systems manufacturing facilities location partner in 2018 for both its drone and transport models.

AirShip V9 and V17 VTOL UAVs will be designed as Tier II manned/unmanned vertical takeoff and landing transport craft for medium altitude and long endurance (MALE) transport with both local street and airways instant conversion ability. The aircrafts are designed thus for diverse mission deployment. The V9 is designed to carry cargo and/or two people. As a UAV, the V17 will be designed to provide transportation for 1-5 people with or without a pilot and is scalable up and down based on mission needs. The V-2 with a .6-meter wing span and the V-30 with a wing span of 9.1 meters address small drone applications too industrial and crew transport missions that could relocate critical assets by shipping container lift ability.

When used as a military transport vehicle it is ideal for transport to forward operating bases (FOB); drive on prepared surfaces or off-road conditions; take off and land vertically to cross water, terrain or obstructions and avoid ambush or Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). The design has speed, maneuverability and range to perform "tactically relevant" missions on a single tank of fuel. The aircraft added mission extensions include: •

The AirShip V9 and V17 will use two turbo strut engines to power the three ducted fans. This clean tech hybrid fuel-toelectric propulsion enables the UAVs to acquire fuel in the field for resupply as well as benefit from solar film surface power production.

The AirShip Endurance VTOL UAV lateral and rear turbines are a combination ducted fan with integrated Solar Turbine Air Accelerators (compressed air) that support the UAV clean tech propulsion system. Both electric propulsion systems can be used simultaneously or independently. For low acoustics stealth flight, only the integrated air accelerators are enabled.

These solar turbines provide thrust propulsion required by the UAV vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL), consume dramatically less energy during forward fixed wing flight operation, and fly with a 5-day flight endurance. But access to special education remains an issue, despite new regulations requiring public schools to develop better services for children with disabilities. There’s no clear pathway or time frame for achieving this goal, and experts have criticized the regulations for stopping short of guaranteeing access to education for children with disabilities.

Although public schools are required to maintain a certain quota of children with disabilities, the number is so low that private institutions remain the only option for the majority, explained Jia Meixiang, deputy director of the Beijing Association for Rehabilitation of Autistic Children5.

A Need for Standard of Care Models Following a 2017 investigative trip of a China delegate investigating care resources in the US, Sustain2 received an invitation from a China economic development office in Chongqing to bring care models identified in the US to China. Sustain2’s has begun negotiations with China domestic partners to help establish a standard of care in therapeutic services and professional training through Sustain2’s ICON Health & Education initiatives. The opportunities to respond to the needs for China do not represent a small undertaking. Multiple care and financial models of care have been researched from both a child needs centric and enterprise level and visits with potential China operational partners, regulators and policy makers have been explored extensively.

Understanding China’s Need Understanding China’s need for a new standard in professional training and clinical care is a multi-front challenge.

The Size and Scope of Need First it includes understanding the scope of need and the quantity of care required suggesting the need for 10-20 medium size clinics for every 500,000 in population. One of the challenges with the aggressive global growth and increase in the number of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is the challenges associated with both filing to accurately identify ASD as well as over diagnosing other challenges as ASD. For all the benefits of Level 2 therapeutic care to say that it has been curative has only been true in limited applications and with limited therapies. The therapeutic Level 2 care is often a lifelong commitment to improving the quality of life for an Autistic child yet limited in addressing the cause of the child’s disease life grip. It has been known as the disease that is without a cure.

However, enough progress has been made in the science global community towards understanding Autism that we are much closer to not only understanding the nature of the disease, how AI tools can facilitate early diagnoses and more effective treatment plans but the promise for most of a cure. Stem cell therapies, bioscience Artificial Intelligence and genetic therapy resources are already leaving care givers with the cure Level 3 care experiences from clinical trials.
