I’ve received many letters from suppliers, with a common thread; all dealing with an apology and explanation regarding availability, and delays.

Many list this: Unprecedented demand • Pandemic-related supply chain interruptions • Global Microchip shortages • Labor Shortages Manufacturer forced allocations and change in model mix priority.

We are taking considerable action to respond to and mitigate these ongoing setbacks.

To that end, we’ve added some key people to our Young’s team, and are actively looking for others. We need qualified delivery drivers and assistants.

We’re starting out our warehouse staff at $16.00 per hour, plus advancements based on performance. Other positions are paid competitive wages for our market.
