This year, Ag Valley hosted six field days this year highlighting different corn, soybeans, and forage hybrids. We had a strong attendance at our plots this year! Thank you to Chris and Jodi Cox, Tim Gill, Brian Sproul, Dale Cramer, Tyler Hamel, Palser Brothers, Ruppert Farms, and Mike Oberg for allowing Ag Valley to have field days this year!

From the Desk of Jeff Krejdl As we get into the full swing of the harvest season, thank you for trusting Ag Valley Co-op to handle your fall production. I know that you have options for that production and that we need to continue to work hard every day to earn your business. We continue to focus on improving our customer service and how we can make Ag Valley Co-op your agricultural partner of choice. Please do not hesitate to let us know what we can do to help you.

We are preparing for next spring and will be visiting with you about your inputs for your 2024 crop. There are some opportunities for you to lock in your seed, agronomy, and energy inputs, and we are ready to work with you as you develop your plan for next year. Please reach out to your Ag Valley representatives with any questions.

We continue to work to keep our employees safe and free from injury. To that end, I ask that you please check the traps on your grain trailers. If they need maintenance or need rebuilt, please consider getting that done. Please remember that it may open fine when the hopper is empty, but it may be tough to open when that trap gets a load on it. Our employees are our most important asset. If they are injured and cannot perform their duties, our ability to provide you the quality service you desire and deserve becomes compromised. I appreciate your help!

We will serve lunches for you and your harvest crews at our locations during the first part of October. We will have sack lunches available at the scales for your truck drivers to take back to the fields. I hope you will accept those lunches as a token of our thanks and appreciation for your business. Please watch our website and social media sites for the schedule.

As I finish up, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and your support of Ag Valley Co-op. The employees of Ag Valley Co-op all know that without you, we would not exist, and we are incredibly thankful that you allow us to be part of your operation.

We try hard every day to bring value to you and your family farm. Your success is our success, and we will continue to focus on things that help make you successful.

Ag Valley Hosts Jennings Grain Facility Open House Ag Valley hosted the Jennings Facility Open House on Thursday, September 20th. The event kicked off with a ribbon cutting by the Norton Chamber of Commerce. Farmers toured the facility and enjoyed lunch.

The new facility is open for fall harvest and allows farmers to dump both hoppers at the same time, with the average unloading time in and out of the scale is just three minutes. The facility can hold 1.5 million bushels.

Ag Valley Co-op Announces Equity Retirement Checks for Stockholders Born in 1945 and 2004 Ag Valley Cooperative, is delighted to announce the issuance of equity retirement checks to eligible stockholders born in 1945 and those holding equities acquired from Big Springs Co-op in 2004. As part of our ongoing commitment to our valued stockholders, Ag Valley Cooperative recognizes the importance of rewarding their loyalty and dedication.

We are pleased to distribute these checks to our stockholders as part of their deferred equity," stated CEO Jeff Krejdl. Their investment demonstrates their dedication to Ag Valley Cooperative over many years. We are proud to be your cooperative of choice.

Ag Valley Co-op partners with Land O’Lakes Foundation and CoBank to award a donation to local FFA Chapters Ag Valley Co-op is pleased to donate to local FFA chapters as a part of its cooperation with Land O’Lakes foundation and the CoBank Sharing Success Program. The applications submitted

by FFA Chapters detailed how they planned to use the money.
