From the Desk of Jeff Krejdl I hope that you had a Happy New Year! As we come out of the deep freeze and look forward to the 50-degree weather they are forecasting next week, it will be easy to get spring fever. While that may be the focus next week for most of us, our focus at Ag Valley will continue to be on what we can do to help you succeed as you position your farming operations to compete in the market conditions we are operating in today. The fertilizer and chemical markets continue to be highly volatile. I urge you to keep in touch with your agronomist as you consider your needs for this spring. Our agronomy team has been busy getting the products you need in place so they are ready for when you begin your spring fieldwork. The move to the new office in Arapahoe is almost complete. The new office will allow more room for the growing team, as well as being able to host larger groups for meetings and workshops. The new space will allow our team to conduct business more efficiently in a space that better suits our expanding needs. I am excited about the future and our ability to collaborate more efficiently and better serve our members. We plan to have an open house on February 23rd, but I would invite you to stop by the new office in Arapahoe at any time. We would love to show you around. The Board of Directors and members of your management team will spend a day next week reviewing and refining the strategic direction of Ag Valley Co-op. That is essential to ensuring everyone is aligned with your cooperative's direction, objectives, and strategies. I look forward to this meeting every year as we strive to be your agricultural supplier of choice. I genuinely want to thank you for your business and your support of Ag Valley Co-op. The employees of Ag Valley understand that we would not exist without you. We work hard every day to bring quality products and services to your family farm, and we appreciate the opportunity you have given us to be a part of your operation. Thank you,
Jeff Krejdl
