Rizor Joins Agtegra Team as COO

Agtegra is pleased to announce and welcome Mike Rizor as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mike will oversee all aspects of safety, operational execution, transportation, application and dispatch, capital planning and operational efficiency.

Mike is an experienced operations executive with over 30 years of industry experience, including leadership roles with Land O’Lakes, Cargill and Agspring. Throughout his career, he held roles as the Vice President of Operations, Director of Strategic Sourcing, Transformation Program Manager and Operational Excellence Leader.

In Mike’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, home projects, gardening, and working on his family’s hobby farm where they have three horses, two dogs, barn cats and chickens.
