Essential Oils
Our essential oils are extracted from the finest citrus fruits. They are 100% natural ingredients. The production process is carried out through cold peeling to obtain cold - pressed oils. The oils can also be concentrated to reduce the terpene content, becoming folded oils, or processed to remove colors or specific parameters.

Our Citrus Comeback are extracted from our intense citrus processing activity which allows us to provide recovery flavors, also known as Add - back. They give juice an authentic profile and restore the taste experience lost during the production and bottling processes. Our recovery flavors have different notes thanks to different extractions during the production process and can also be developed tailored to specific juice bases.

When developing beverages with low juice content, there is a risk of losing this natural characteristic, resulting in an appearance not always appreciated by consumers. To avoid proposing a beverage with a suboptimal appearance, cloudy agents can be applied to improve the strength of the color.
