OPTIMISE FORAGE UTILISATION BY STIMULATING RUMEN ACTIVITY

Livestock producers looking to make the most of grazed forage can increase intake and digestion by 10 percent

O

ptimise forage utilisation by stimulating rumen activity with forage supplements

Livestock producers looking to make the most of grazed forage can increase intake and digestion by 10 percent when supplementing pastures with a nutrient-rich forage supplement, says Dr Alison Bond, nutritionist for Rumenco. “Supplying a balanced combination of nutrient-rich ingredients, forage supplement blocks stimulate the rumen to work harder by fuelling and increasing the rumen bug population. This results in up to a 10 percent improvement in forage intake and digestion,” explains Dr Bond. “As we navigate a time of record high concentrate prices, improving forage utilisation will have a significant impact on the total feed budget.” Livestock performance increases In multiple trials, Rumenco’s Rumevite forage supplements show an increase in intake and digestion which has been proven to have significant impacts on livestock performance. In a study of 156 head of store cattle on five different farms, livestock supplemented with Rumevite Cattle Booster had a 25kg liveweight gain advantage over 105 days compared to the control group. Performance advantages carried through into the finishing period, with supplemented cattle maintaining the 25kg weight increase and therefore finishing 28 days ahead of the control group. “When valuing liveweight gain at £2.00/kg, the margin over feed cost for supplementing grazing stock with Rumevite Cattle Booster was £137.36/head, compared to £109.00/head for the group that did not receive supplementation. The un-supplemented cattle required

6 | AgriNews | September 2021

feed for an additional 28 days, costing an additional £36.55/head in extra concentrate and silage costs,” explains Dr Bond. Similar results have been seen in finishing lambs in a study at Plumpton College in Sussex. Despite having a 300g disadvantage to the control group at the start of the study, lambs supplemented with Rumevite Quality Lamb had a daily liveweight gain of 189g, which resulted in a 36.7kg liveweight at 45 days to slaughter. The control group only gained 94.3g/day, finishing in 83 days at 36.3kgs. “Not only did supplemented lambs have greater daily liveweight gains at grass and finish 38 days sooner, but they also achieved greater carcase grades than the control group,” says Dr Bond. For producers looking to improve ewe fertility, trials have found Rumevite Sheep Super, which contains fish oil, can increase the lambing percentage by up to 22% when fed in the eight week period around tupping. “The supplement block formulation helps ewes reach optimal body condition ahead of tupping, supporting ovulation – which can lead to more ewes holding service in the first cycle,” says Dr Bond. According to Dr Bond, Rumevite is a multipurpose product, with high energy and protein options to meet livestock nutrient requirements and daily requirements of minerals, vitamins and trace elements to boost livestock performance while supporting immunity, health and fertility. How to supplement Unlike concentrates, forage supplements allow for little and

often feeding, which results in less pH variation in the rumen. Because stock can have 24/7 access to feed blocks, it is a great way to reduce bullying at the trough, adds Dr Bond. They are also convenient, significantly reducing the amount of time it takes to feed. With a product range consisting of eight different feed blocks, Rumevite supplementation can be tailored to suit livestock nutrition requirements at any point during the grazing or housing period. To budget for intakes, cattle will consume 300-500g/head/day and growing cattle will consume 200-300g/head/day. Ewes can be expected to take 100-250g/head/ day while lambs will consume 100150g/head/day. While feed blocks are weatherproof, they should be supplemented in a container with drainage to avoid wastage. They should also be placed away from any waterways. Rumevite gets a new look Available in a circular block form, Rumenco has recently updated the product line to include a new shape block, which maintains the same 22.5kg volume as the original block. “Along with helping to meet livestock energy requirements and increasing forage utilisation, feeding Rumevite has other additional benefits. The inclusion of a full range of minerals, vitamins and trace elements further supports overall animal health and performance,” explains Dr Bond. “The new shape feed blocks will also contain Phytotec, an allnatural blend of plant extracts and fermentation products to support feed conversion, robust rumen health and production.”

A NEW FLAGSHIP IN THE AMAZONE PLOUGH WORLD

The Amazone Tyrok 400 semi-mounted reversible plough, higher speed for higher output with minimum wear

W

ith the Tyrok 400, Amazone now launches a completely newlydeveloped semi-mounted reversible plough in a choice of 7, 8 or 9 furrows for the 400 HP tractor class. The main features of this plough are its higher output, even under continuous load, a perfect quality of work and outstanding robustness. At the same time, the Tyrok offers a high level of comfort thanks to its very simple, safe and precise adjustability. Plough bodies meticulously thought-through – SpeedBlade for more performance The new SpeedBlade plough body, with its patented extra-large front shin on the mouldboard, makes for minimal wear on the main mouldboard. The main wear point automatically shifts further and further back towards the centre of the plough body by increasing the working speed from such as 6 km/h up to 10 km/h. As a result, the main wear point of the SpeedBlade body is on the enlarged front shin of the mouldboard and not back on the main part of the slatted or solid mouldboard, even at these higher forward speeds meaning, therefore, that only the front shin of the mouldboard has to be initially replaced on the Tyrok when used at higher speeds. This enormously reduces wearing costs compared to other designs. Another detail with great effect: the point covers the blade, meaning that the joint is protected by the point. Thanks

8 | AgriNews | September 2021

to this clever join up, no plant residues or baler twine can get entangled. In addition, the open frog prevents soil from sticking under the frog due to its profile so that the maximum ease of pull on the plough body is maintained.

The unique ©plus hardening process is the basis for high quality during the manufacture of Tyrok wearing parts thanks to the additional introduction of carbon. For example, a very high hardness and thereby a smooth surface is achieved on the front of the shin. Long service lives are therefore ensured. The reverse side remains relatively soft and is therefore extremely tough and impact resistant. The SpeedBlade plough body range offers a selection of different slatted and solid mouldboard profiles depending on the application and objective. The sophisticated design of the plough bodies combined with the advantages of the ©plus hardening process ensure a low pulling power requirement, thereby reducing fuel consumption. For particularly tough conditions, the points are also available as an HD option or as reversible interchangeable points for short set-up times and less wear. The wide furrow clearance is another big plus of the SpeedBlade bodies, especially with the increasing use of wider tractor tyres. Pure robustness without compromises

The Tyrok has a particularly robust thanks to the strong, hightensile steel rectangular beam with dimensions of 200x150x10 mm. A decisive advantage over beams with a less strong design: the beam does not bend during work even under high loads. This ensures a uniform working depth over the entire length and working width. The Tyrok also scores points with the new SmartTurn system. At the headland, the fast turning procedure is hydraulically slowed down twice just before the end. This results in a damping effect which reduces stress on the materials when the cylinder is retracted. There is no need to compromise on speed as the low-stress turning process is completed within only 9 seconds. The optionally available hydraulic overload safety protection also ensures smooth and materialprotective working in arduous operating conditions. The plough body is gently pushed back into the soil via the hydraulic cylinder. The trigger force decreases as the lift height increases. Trip forces of up to 2000 kg can be infinitely adjusted either centrally or separately on each individual body, depending on the operating conditions. Safe, comfortable and precise adjustment for a perfect working profile. The Tyrok is equipped with mechanical furrow width adjustment as standard. As an option, the working width can be infinitely adjusted hydraulically from the comfort of the tractor cab to suit the conditions.

KENT FARM SPRAYER COMMEMORATES OLYMPIC GOLD A kent farmer and contractor has named his new Fendt Rogator 665 sprayer ‘Tokyo’ - to commemorate a Gold Medal win by his daughter

A

Kent farmer and contractor has named his new Fendt Rogator 665 sprayer ‘Tokyo’ – to commemorate a Gold Medal win by his daughter at this year’s Olympics. The selfpropelled sprayer was supplied by main dealer RW Crawford Agricultural Machinery Ltd, and is the fourth Rogator to be operated by farmers and contractors M & M F French, based at Meopham, near Gravesend. Approximately 2,500ha is farmed stubble-to-stubble within 10 miles of the base, including owned, rented and contract-farmed land. Cropping is mainly cereals with oilseed rape, peas, beans and linseed included as break-crops. Soils vary, but most are chalk loams, or flint and clay. Group 1 wheats are grown for milling, and most of the grain is sold to commercial mills at Tilbury just a few miles away. Large work load The farm’s sprayer works more than 1,000 hours each year and the total sprayed area has increased as extra applications are needed to tackle blackgrass. It also applies liquid fertiliser at variable rates based on soil surveys and yield map data. “We have used liquid fertilisers since 2002, and variable-rate applications since 2005,” explained owner Fred French. “The technique is particularly effective for

10 | AgriNews | September 2021

maintaining P & K indices, and we sample and compare the same locations every few years to ensure application rates are managed correctly.” Superb service The new Fendt Rogator 665 with a 6,300-litre tank and 36m boom is the fourth Rogator operated by the farm since 2010, and it replaced a Challenger Rogator 655D. “I really like the design,” he commented. “The frontmounted cab is excellent, the ride quality is second-to-none, and the boom stability and spray accuracy are superb, but a major factor in our loyalty to the brand is the back-up from Crawfords. We are looked after by the Ashford depot now, but even when the dealer’s nearest depot was in Essex we could always rely on the service. “We operate three combines but only one sprayer which covers a lot of ground, so if the Rogator has a problem it has to be rectified quickly.” Olympic Gold The Fendt sprayer arrived on Friday 6th August, and its delivery coincided with Fred’s daughter, Kate French winning the Gold Medal in the Modern Pentathlon at the Olympic Games. “Due to Covid-19 restrictions we couldn’t be in Japan to support Kate, so we watched at home,” he explained. “The sprayer arrived within an hour of Kate’s win. It’s the most important machine

on our farm and a significant investment, so it seemed appropriate to name it ‘Tokyo’, after the Olympics host city on such a momentous day.” The Modern Pentathlon includes fencing, freestyle swimming, equestrian show jumping, pistol shooting and cross-country running. “I was very lucky,” explained Kate. “Growing up on the farm meant I spent a lot of time outside. We had horses, and I was always horse riding and running around the fields. I live in Bath now with my husband Leo as the training base is there, but love coming back to the farm.” Asked about having the sprayer named to commemorate her win, Kate said that she was pleased when her dad told her his idea. “It’s typical of him to do something like that - I like the name plate, he will have to keep that sprayer now. I enjoy riding the horses and running when I am back on the farm, but in future I will want to drive the Rogator too!” Delighted to help Carl Goff, Fendt Brand Specialist from Crawfords Ashford depot said that he was excited to be asked to add the name plate and Olympic rings. “We get on very well with Fred and he is a good customer, so we were delighted when he asked us to help him celebrate Kate’s Gold Medal win in this way.”

Engineered for those long days ahead

Big on features and built to last – Amazone fertiliser spreaders are highly engineered, in fact German engineered, to apply tonne after tonne accurately and reliably. Take the new ProfisPro system - the unique concept of twin weigh cells, tilt sensor and the FlowControl torque measuring system, means that not only is the overall spread rate kept accurate but also that the volume coming out of each disc is correctly maintained - meaning less wastage and better fertiliser utilisation. And on a similar note, the AutoTS border spreading system has been shown in trials to give an improved yield of up to 17% in that first pass around the field - now that’s engineering.

The AutoTS border spreading system generates 17% more yield than other border spreading systems.

IAN FORMAN - NSTS MANAGER Crop assurance scheme requirements for pesticide application equipment (PAE) are overall very straightforward with the annual testing of the main farm sprayer and, for those growing root crops, nematicide applicators and fogging machines too. For some of the other machines working and those that are also working in other sectors it is not always quite so clear. As you will be aware, annual testing relates to PAE used in food production, but you may also be using a weed wiper, or even a small sprayer only used for jobs such as spraying grass or game cover plots, where the sprayer would not need to be tested annually. Other sectors which include livestock assurance schemes and also amenity and horticulture, are required to follow the legal requirements of the Sustainable Use Directive (SUD). The SUD states that for sprayers over 3 metres, air blast sprayers, train and aircraft sprayers, the first test isn’t due until it is 5 years old, and then must be tested every 3 years. Booms 3 metres and under need to be tested every 6 years, but again

24 | AgriNews | September 2021

not until they are 5 years old. Other equipment that also falls into this last category include micro-granular applicators applying Avadex, slug pellet applicators, weed wipers, seed treating equipment, along with a range of other specialised application machinery. Operator check sheets are available for some of this equipment on the NSTS website and we would recommend using these if you are not having the machines tested annually. All handheld equipment, including knapsacks, do not need to be tested, but must be inspected on a regular basis, repaired if required, and a record kept of the inspection. With this in mind, NSTS have a knapsack check sheet available on the website. NSTS also promotes the accurate application of fertiliser for a variety of reasons. These include the need to protect the environment and waterways around the UK, along with field margins and hedgerows, which all help towards a more sustainable future for land managers and could become even more important as the new ELM Scheme is rolled out over

the next few years. The second factor is an economical one, most farms will spend as much on fertiliser as they do on pesticides and so accurate application is key. The NSTS spreader tray test will show precisely how evenly a product is being spread across the full working width of the machine. Thecoefficient of variation (CV) is calculated, with the purpose of achieving a CV below 10%, a very good spread pattern. With a CV of 20%, you may start to see striping in the crop, and the financial impact could be as much as £17/ha. The cost of the test can be recouped very quickly if the spreader is found to be spreading unevenly and then adjusted to give a much more even spread pattern. If you would like further information on any of the test procedures, contact NSTS at info@nsts.org.uk, or go to the website, www.nsts.org. uk where you can search for a Test Centre near you and arrange a test on your machine to ensure it is applying all your fertiliser products on target and evenly across the field.

Fertiliser Spreader Testing - The Benefits • Environmental – Ensure fertilisers are spread within the crop boundary • Financial – Machine will be adjusted to give best coefficient of variation (CV) across the full width of spread A national network of Test Centres provide testing of all types of equipment. Go to the NSTS for further information or contact your local Test Centre to arrange a test

A

fter a one-year hiatus, the best lumberjack athletes across the nation are back to compete for the crown at the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® British Championship in September, as they chop and slice their way through large logs in seconds using a combination of axes, saws and sheer strength. The STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® British Championship will be live streamed from the Telford International Centre on Sunday 5th September, allowing extreme sports fans the opportunity to see the live action up close and at no cost. This year’s event will see top logger sports athletes battle against each other in six challenging disciplines; Stock Saw, Underhand Chop, Single Buck, Standing Block Chop, Springboard and Hot Saw. In celebration of TIMBERSPORTS® action returning to UK audiences, STIHL has launched a limited-edition STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® chainsaw bar, available on the MS 201 T, STIHL's most powerful arborist chainsaw, as well as separately. The TIMBERSPORTS® design has been added to the

Rollomatic E 35cm 3/8p 1.3mm bar and is the perfect choice for action sports fans replacing their bar or treating themselves to a new saw. To take home the top prize and be crowned the best TIMBERSPORTS® athlete in the UK, competitors are awarded maximum points for the fastest time and must display power, skill, precision and endurance in all six disciplines. Competitors will include five-time British champion Elgan Pugh, who is aiming to win his sixth consecutive STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® British Championship. To add even more excitement to the event, the 2021 Rookie Championship will also take place on the same day and will be available on the live stream, giving TIMBERSPORTS® fans access to more action than ever before. The top nine rookies from around the country will compete against each other across four of the six TIMBERSPORTS® disciplines, accumulating points in each round based on their placing in each discipline. The athlete with the most points at the end of the fourth round will be crowned the 2021 STIHL

TIMBERSPORTS® British Rookie Champion. Simon Hewitt, Head of Marketing at STIHL GB, said: “After a tough 18 months due to the pandemic, we are really excited to have the British Championship back and to give the fans access to the exciting live TIMBERSPORTS® action they have been missing. The live stream event will allow extreme sports fans to get as close to the action as possible and all the athletes are determined to put on a great show! “The athletes have had extra time to prepare due to the postponement of last year’s event, so we’re expecting them to be more fiercely competitive than ever and push themselves to new limits. It should make for a great spectacle and I wish them all the best of luck!” To register for the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® British Championship 2021 live stream event, visit www. facebook.com/events/

STRAW STACK FIRE HITS POULTRY BEDDING BUSINESS

Poulry bedding manufacturer Sundown Products was victim to a large straw fire that took hold on the 31st August 2021

P

oultry bedding manufacturer Sundown Products was victim to a large straw stack fire that took hold on the morning of Tuesday 31 August 2021, in a field just south of the A14, near Thrapston, Northamptonshire. The company has reassured customers that bedding supplies will be unaffected.

Rescue Service was called at 7.20am after smoke was seen from the A14 and appliances from Thrapston, Kettering and Rushden attended the scene.

The stack contained around 600 large straw bales and weighed around 300 tonnes. Sundown’s baling team had only completed the stack on Saturday 28 August, and it had been due to be moved within the next few days due to its highly visible location and proximity to local footpaths. Northamptonshire Fire and

David Cubitt, director at Sundown Products said: “A straw stack fire is always very upsetting, and even though the straw was insured it’s so frustrating for our team who have worked so hard this harvest to bale our straw from local farmers. “We are grateful that nobody was hurt and extend our thanks to those that

reported the fire and the Thrapston, Kettering and Rushden fire crews that worked quickly to extinguish it and prevent the fire from spreading. An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing. “Although it looked like a large stack, it was quite a small amount of bales for our production facility. Our customers can be reassured that supplies of our poultry bedding products are unaffected and bedding deliveries are continuing as normal.”

POULTRY HOUSING PLANS AFFECTED AS COST OF MATERIALS CONTINUE TO SOAR Building materials are in short supply and quickly rising in price, making planning new poultry housing difficult.

B

uilding materials are in short supply and quickly rising in price, making planning new poultry housing difficult Any poultry farmer with plans to build new poultry housing or refurbish existing units should carefully consider how the fluctuating cost of raw materials could affect their project. From the ground up, everything that goes into the building of poultry housing is being impacted. Groundworks and construction companies have been experiencing continuous price increases since summer 2020. Steel sheeting has almost doubled in price and shortages of fixings and ironmongery are commonplace. Timber and cement have also risen in price in the past year. THE LOCKDOWN EFFECT Several factors have created these unprecedented market conditions, including a boom in house building in countries around the world, lower levels of scrap and post-Brexit delays on imported goods. Last summer timber was in high demand as people embarked on DIY projects in their homes and gardens, and more recently the resumption of house building has tightened availability of materials.

The annual shutdown of European sawmills that happens every summer is compounding the issue further. Construction companies are attempting to reserve materials from suppliers, with quotas being placed on individual firms, which impacts the delivery of projects on time and within budgets. THE BREXIT EFFECT As the UK continues to settle into its new relationship with the EU post-Brexit, there is a growing impact on goods being imported from Europe. Some materials used in construction such as silicone are now being restricted, with supplies being allocated to repeat customers, although far less is being brought in than to meet demand. Once a building is constructed the impact continues with the equipment supplied, many of which comes in from Europe or further afield. With container prices double what they were last year, this increase gets passed on to the end product. Feeders, drinker, fans, bulk feed bins are all affected by the market volatility and longer lead times. Matt Jones is managing director at Knights Construction Group. He said the price of some materials was changing almost hourly. “The majority

of suppliers are only holding prices for 24 hours. Steelwork has increased another £35 per tonne from the last increase from British Steel on 18 May when an increase of £100/t was announced.” PRICES CHANGING HOURLY Jones said basic hollow steel sections are now over £1,500/t, with a further £100/t increase in July and possibly another £100 in August being mooted. In addition, there have been “dramatic and unforeseen rises” in cut and bent reinforcements used for groundworks. “Two staples of the construction industry are timber and cement and we have seen timber increase by over 30% in the last month alone, whilst cement is more difficult to obtain then any time since the second world war,” said Jones. The boom in the housing sector means cement (and therefore mortar and concrete) is effectively being rationed. “We are also finding increases in costs and scarcity impacting non-material elements of construction,” added Jones. “For example, it is taking up to 10 weeks to obtain cabins for sites and all materials from outside the UK have longer forecasted lead in times, coupled with dramatic cost increases.” September 2021 | AgriNews | 31

STEVE BIRCHALL FOUNDER AND OWNER OF STEVE BIRCHALL POULTRY SERVICES

“It’s not the most glamourous job, but we take price in what we do and the end result is rewarding” WHAT IS YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL? I am the founder and owner of Steve Birchall Poultry Services and I have three teams who travel the country cleaning all types of poultry houses. We even strip wash and rebuild traditional free range units, sell second hand diesel washers and supply a range of government approved soaps and disinfectants to your customers. HOW DID YOU END UP WHERE YOU ARE TODAY?

At a young age I was always on my grandad’s allotment, after school and at weekends helping out, or as he would call it “being a pain”. I had a fascination with the fancy fowl he kept; he taught me the basics, taught me to care.

at christmas. Working with Shaver breeds and broilers for Moy Park, I was farm manager for the last 8 years of my employment there.

So, in 1970 aged 15 and much to my dad’s disapproval, I left secondary school and went to start my working life at Maple Leaf Hatcheries in Lancashire, I attended Hutton Agricultural College on day release. Maple Leaf was local and to this day I still live in the area. I started work on one of their breeder sites and continued with the same company for the next 15 years.

During my time at Maple Leaf, I got to know many poultry farmers and one asked me if I fancied washing his poultry house for him. And so it began. I invested in a small van and with a 1500psi electric washer, off I went. As i got busier, I started to employ people to help. In the beginning it was mainly broiler sites but the expansion of traditional free-range and now multi-tier systems means those now make up most of our customer base.

I worked on caged sites, broiler sites, rearing farms and even did turkeys

In 1985, Maple Leaf closed and I was made redundant.

We travel all over the country keeping the poultry industry clean.

THE CONTINUED PURSUIT OF OFF-ROAD AWESOMENESS

The continued pursuit of off-road awesomeness: Can-Am unveils 2022 lineup of ATV and side-by-side vehicles

B

RP maintains a constant focus on improving the rider experience across its entire lineup of powersports vehicles. Can-Am Off-Road is a shining example of that, and the results speak for themselves – continuously sweeping podiums at the most grueling races across the globe, helping to drive massive industry growth and attract new riders, and introducing new and improved vehicles to get the job done, no matter the task or adventure at hand. As the off-road industry continues its incredible growth, riders of all skill levels crave the best machine for their version of Off-Road Livin’. And Can-Am is once again delivering with its 2022 model year lineup of ATVs and side-by-side vehicles – from entry level to top performance. With more horsepower, better traction, enhanced comfort, and so much more, Can-Am is rolling into the new model year with some serious swagger. Pushing Further, Faster The Can-Am Maverick lineup of performance off-road vehicles is synonymous with power, handling, and… winning. For 2022, Can-Am is upping the ante, becoming the first side-by-side manufacturer to offer a 200hp engine. That’s a lot of power. And coupled with an all-new pDrive roller clutch system, the entire dynamic changes through

quicker acceleration and instant-on power at all time And while the Can-Am Maverick delivers the best power-to-weight ratio in its class, handling remains critical to all-around performance. That is why BRP engineers worked tirelessly to ensure the lineup handles terrain with ease, thanks to Smart-Shox adaptive suspension, new 30 and 32-inch Maxxis Carnivore tires, a stronger frame, and higher ground clearance and stance. That total combination is what makes the Maverick the envy of the competition. “The 2022 Can-Am Maverick is the pinnacle of performance side-by-side vehicles,” said Hailie Deegan, professional racer and Can-Am brand ambassador. “And the best part of working with Can-Am, is they keep making it better and better. There’s no other choice if you’re in the market for the best, and if you enjoy watching others try to keep up in the rearview.” All-New Engine Options Speaking of power, Can-Am is introducing two new Rotax engines to its lineup – the HD7/700 ACE and the HD9, replacing the HD5, HD8, and 800. The Rotax HD7 is set to become the new ruler of the lower-HP class. It will be available in the Can-Am

Traxter, where it replaces the HD5 with 37% more power, and with a sportier calibration, it will power the Maverick Trail 700. The new engine is optimized for off-road usage, delivering an improved experience with less noise, less vibration, and a cooler environment for passengers resulting in a more comfortable ride. And the Rotax HD9 option replaces the HD8 in the CanAm Traxter lineup. It is a larger, more powerful engine that delivers 30%1 more horsepower than its predecessor. It promises the same dependability, with even more workability by way of class-leading power and lowend torque. “With the addition of the HD7 and HD9 engine options to the already existing HD10, CanAm is class leading in power and by far the best option to accomplish the task at hand, whether that’s work or play,” said Christian St-Onge Director Global Product Strategy Can-Am Off-Road Vehicles. “Regardless of your vehicle choice, this lineup is built to perform.” Traxter line-up improvements (EU Tractor-category) On top of the engine upgrades, CanAm is fine-tuning its Traxter line-up with the expansion of the ABS on some HD9 and HD10 models.
