Agri Affiliates specializes in agricultural and rural real estate, including farms, ranches and recreational land. In 2025, we represented 69 transactions and marketed approximately 65,000 acres across Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota. Our experienced land professionals - supported by appraisers, land managers and marketing specialists - ensure a smooth and successful process from start to finish.

We deliver professional, results-driven auction marketing designed to maximize property value.
