Georgian artist and restaurateur Salome Chelidze aspires to emulate positive emotions in her work, which is influenced with her cultural roots, religious imagery, mosaic tilework, and impressionism. With the message of love and acceptance, Chelidze uses oils and acrylics on canvas to create her naturalistic, semi-abstract, figurative colorful paintings. She also has worked in interior design and murals, including that of her own restaurant. She hosted the American President at her restaurant during his visit to Georgia, signifying to her that her work should be exposed to wider audiences.

The self-taught artist has been passionate about painting and design her entire life. She has a strong grasp for employing color and creating narrative across her portfolio, and has a unique style that blends mediterranean colors, religious and figurative imagery, and impressionistic emotion. As Chelidze continues to grow and develop her work, she is constantly trying new techniques and styles.
