What is Workday ?

Workday is Agoda’s primary employee database. We use it for your payroll, benefits, VISA, performance evaluation, and a lot more!

Action required

• Please ensure that you pay special attention and be extra careful when completing your profile.

• Even though the system is highly intuitive, there could be some details that you may miss. We highly recommend you follow this guideline to ensure that all the inputs are correct .

Log in to Workday

After activating OKTA, please log in to Workday by using your username and password

Tasks in Workday

In your inbox, tasks will be pending for you to complete.

• Tasks are listed on the left pane (A).

• Click on each action and follow the instructions on the right pane (B).

• Once done, always click "Done" or "Submit" to complete the action. (Otherwise, the system won't recognize your input).

Sometimes, you may not be able to submit the tasks.

Please click "View All" to see the error messages and take corrective actions as suggested.

Add Bank Account for Payroll in Workday

• You will receive the tasks for adding your bank in Workday. Below is the instruction for you to follow.

• Please provide details before your first day of work.

Read the help text.

Ensure that you input the correct details from the Sample Check provided.

Fill in your Bank Account details.

Once the data is completed, Click OK.

Add Bank Account for Payroll in Workday

• After you submitted, you will receive a new task in your inbox.

• For data verification, please upload a copy of your bank book or any document issued by the bank that shows your account details e.g., bank name, account number, name on account

• clicks ‘Submit’

I cannot log in using the credentials given to me
- Reach out to IT-Support@agoda.com for password resets. I cannot submit a task
- Ensure that you fill out the required fields and correct any errors. I inputted the wrong information and already submitted the task.
