Our Care Partnership Programme has been carefully designed to give your students all the knowledge, skills and support they need to achieve sponsorship and employment in the UK or elsewhere.

Training Now will deliver bespoke training to your tutors on how to teach the course content, as well as quality assurance, validation and welfare support to your students.

Training Now Training Now is a leading UK-based, specialist provider in Health and Social Care training and is experienced in planning and supporting the delivery of training internationally.

As part of the Agincare family, Training Now offers specialist training specifically for the healthcare industry. They are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (the government regulator for education and training) and are endorsed by Skills for Care (the government’s strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England).

Agincare International Agincare International selects, sponsors and supports applicants from overseas, welcoming over 200 new team members to Agincare annually.

As a result of this comprehensive support package, Agincare has the highest retention rate in the sector when it comes to supporting people to work in the UK under a visa arrangement. 98% of our sponsored care workers continue to work for Agincare today.

Anu’s Story Anu, from India, now works as a Registered Nurse with Agincare thanks to the training she received from Training Now. Since childhood, Anu had always dreamt of becoming a nurse and, with sponsorship and the associated support to train and work in the UK, that dream became a reality.

Once in the UK, Anu was welcomed to Agincare’s Gorseway Care and Retirement Village.

With further training and support, Anu went on to pass her Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and is now a Registered Nurse with Agincare.

What’s more, graduates of The Care Partnership Programme will access support and sponsorship opportunities with Agincare International partners; all at no charge to the student for the introduction or the visa.

There are also skills sessions designed to support students to adapt to life in the UK and to develop their language skills, as well as modules on understanding English values and culture.

As part of The Care Partnership Programme, students will also have access to online learning modules.

With skilled, UK-based, tutor assessments throughout the programme, students will receive unique coaching to prepare them for life in the UK or elsewhere.
