PANHELLENIC CREED We, as undergraduate members of women’s fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving to the best of our ability, our college community.

Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.

We, as fraternity women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life.

The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.

A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT Howdy!

My name is Bella Erwin, and I have the honor of serving as the 2026 President of Panhellenic at Texas A&M. Thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter and learn more about the incredible Panhellenic community here at A&M. I have been so blessed to be part of a sisterhood that is rooted in selfless service, shared values, and steadfast support for one another as Aggies. My own time at Texas A&M has been deeply enriched by this community, and I’m excited to share that experience with all of you. I hope this newsletter gives you a glimpse into the sisterhood that continues to make Greek life at Texas A&M so meaningful and special. As always, Gig ‘Em and Go Greek!

BLACK HISTORY MONTH During Black History Month, the Panhellenic community proudly celebrates and honors the achievements, resilience, and lasting impact of Black leaders both past and present. We are especially grateful for the Black women within our own Panhellenic community who continue to shape our chapters through their leadership, scholarship, service, and authenticity. Their voices, experiences, and contributions strengthen our sisterhood and push us to grow as a more inclusive and supportive community. This month, and every month, we remain committed to fostering belonging, celebrating diversity, and uplifting the women who make our community better.

SOUTHEASTERN GREEK LEADERSHIP ASSOCIATION In early February, the four Greek Councils traveled to Atlanta, Georgia, to attend the Southeastern Greek Leadership Association (SGLA) Conference. Throughout the weekend, student leaders participated in educational sessions focused on strategic leadership, risk management, accountability, community building, and sustainable chapter operations. The conference emphasized developing executive officers who can lead with confidence, integrity, and innovation, not just during their term, but throughout their collegiate experience.

We are proud to share that our community received the Health, Safety & Accountability Award, recognizing our commitment to member well-being and responsible leadership. Additionally, Lauren St. John of the Panhellenic Executive Council and a member of the IFC Executive Council earned first place in the Order of Omega Case Study Competition, showcasing exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Traveling together through the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life strengthened relationships across councils and reinforced our shared commitment to advancing the Texas A&M fraternity and sorority community.

NATIONAL GIRLS & WOMEN IN SPORTS DAY

The Panhellenic community is proud to support and celebrate Women in Sports! Our members are leaders not only within their chapters, but also across campus athletics. From the Soccer Team and Dance Team to Water Polo and even the Texas A&M Sailing Team, Panhellenic women continue to represent dedication, discipline, and Aggie spirit at the highest level.

We are inspired by the passion and commitment these women bring to their teams and are honored to cheer them on, both in competition and in our community. One of our Panhellenic student-athletes shared what being both a teammate and a sister means to her: "Hi! My name is Mary Claire Torn. I play soccer for Texas A&M, and I'm a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma!

Playing soccer at A&M has been a lifelong dream and the highlight of college, but it's such a bonus to have my built-in best friends at Kappa cheering me on every single game. I wouldn't have it any other way!"

Texas A&M is home to 14 incredible Panhellenic chapters! A sorority is a collegiate organization dedicated to fostering lifelong sisterhood, leadership development, academic excellence, and meaningful community service. It serves as a true “home away from home,” offering a supportive network that encourages personal growth, creates lasting friendships, and provides valuable networking opportunities for future career success.

At Texas A&M Panhellenic, we are endlessly grateful for the 14 incredible chapters that make up our community. Each chapter brings its own unique traditions, values, and sisterhood to campus, yet together we form one united Panhellenic family rooted in friendship, service, leadership, and love. To be a Panhellenic woman is to carry yourself with integrity, kindness, and Aggie pride. It’s about building relationships that last far beyond four years and becoming part of something bigger than yourself.
