IMPACT Retreat Unveils Student Priorities, Challenges, and Opportunities To begin the Fall semester, our chapter and council presidents attended a three-day IMPACT leadership retreat program at Summer Mills Conference Center in Belton, Texas. The overnight retreat convened fraternity and sorority members to explore pressing issues and chart a path forward for the community. Against the backdrop of evolving student priorities and challenges, participants engaged in candid discussions, reflecting on the state of member development, chapter operations, and broader engagement within the Greek system. The retreat served as a crucible for ideas, fostering a collective vision for enhancing community cohesion, personal growth, and organizational effectiveness.
