MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

CERTAINLY UNCERTAIN It’s hard to believe that I’m writing this letter looking at 2025 through the rearview mirror. We’ve sped through another year at Ag Credit, and I’m not sure if we are having a lot of fun, or just staying busy, but I’m guessing it is some of both. It’s no surprise that I’ll be writing about several changes that have taken place over the last year, because that has been the theme for a while now. However, the difference this year may be the uncertainty that lies ahead. Summarizing the last year feels hard to do because there are so many unknowns going forward.

Either way, I will give it my best shot.

I’ll start with technology. You all know this well, but technology is driving innovation and change in the agriculture industry. It is no different here at Ag Credit.

We’ve only recently taken on a new loan accounting system and are getting close to rolling out a new loan origination system. The impact of these changes should be minimal to our membership but is hugely impactful to our internal business operations. We are also continually working on changes to our digital banking and other technologies that do affect our customers. Ultimately, these changes are needed for future efficiency purposes for both staff and membership, but they come at a cost.

With that in mind, we are working hard to improve processes and increase efficiencies to get the greatest return on our technological investment.

America’s farmers have been feeding the world for some time, but it is hard to remember a time when their profitability and prices for goods sold have been more

impacted by global forces. World-wide political policy and economics are moving commodity prices almost constantly it seems. This only adds to the uncertainty for farmers because so much of our success hinges upon circumstances completely out of our control. The Federal Government has approved subsidies for some of our struggling farmers, but there is no replacement for being able to confidently project profits for the year to come Commodity prices and economics have always driven the profitability of farmers, but I mention them because of the volatility that we are seeing these days.

Cattle prices are up but cash grains are down. The stock market is up but consumer confidence is down. The one certainty is that the cost of goods which—including farm inputs—remains high. This means generating a profit for anyone in agricultural production becomes much more difficult. Of course, our farmers and members know this, but it is worth mentioning to make the point that summarizing where we have been and where we are headed in 2026 is hard to put a finger on.

What I can tell you is that Central Kentucky Ag Credit is still here, serving the farmers of central Kentucky.

Despite increased cost for technology, we are still profitable and are paying strong patronage to our membership. We continue to grow our business at nearly a double-digit rate. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes that our world and economy throw our way, while still providing our farmers the same reliable and practical service they need to run their business. Most of our staff have either come from agricultural backgrounds or are actively involved in farm production, and they understand the needs of our member/borrowers. We haven’t forgotten where we come from and who we serve, and we take great pride in that!

92ND ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING The Central Kentucky Ag Credit Annual Stockholders Meetings were held on March 2, 2026, in Harrodsburg and March 3, 2026, in Lexington, marking our 92nd year.

Member‑borrowers, along with Ag Credit staff, enjoyed the opportunity to gather for a delicious meal and receive an update on the association. This year’s attendance was as strong as ever, with a total of 325 participants.

Joe Myers, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presented the Directors’ Report, detailing the Board’s role in guiding the Association as well as the actions and events the Board participated in during 2025. President and CEO Jonathan Noe provided a recap of another successful year.

It was also announced that over $5.4 million in patronage will be distributed to qualifying Ag Credit member‑borrowers in April 2026. Over the last 28 years, Central Kentucky Ag Credit has distributed more than $67 million in patronage.

The 2025 Annual Report, outlining in‑depth information regarding the Association’s financial operations, was mailed to all member‑borrowers in March. More detailed information can be found within the report, which is also available on our website.

2027 NOMINATING COMMITTEE Members for the 2027 Central Kentucky Ag Credit Nominating Committee were elected during the voting process at the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting. The Nominating Committee will recommend candidates for any open, non‑appointed director seats in 2027.

Central Kentucky Ag Credit is a financial cooperative and part of the national Farm Credit System. Member‑borrowers participate in filling elected positions through a one‑member/one‑vote election system during each year’s Annual Meeting.

AG CREDIT EXTENDS APPRECIATION TO CAROLYN GAHN Serving on the Ag Credit Board of Directors requires not only a significant time commitment but also a deep understanding of agricultural economics.

The Board of Directors and staff of the Association are deeply grateful for individuals who are willing to dedicate their time and expertise in service to the Association. The board extends its gratitude to Carolyn Gahn for running.

Carolyn Gahn lives in Jessamine County with her husband, Jacob, and their children, Finn (12) and Ellie (10). She has been a Kentuckian at heart since moving here 20 years ago to attend the University of Kentucky. Carolyn currently serves as the Senior Director of Mission and Advocacy for Applegate, a leading natural and organic meat company and subsidiary of Hormel Foods.

Previously, she worked as the Director of Farm‑to‑Institution for the global foodservice provider Aramark.

Carolyn began her career in food and agriculture in Kentucky as a community organizer with Community Farm Alliance. She has worked on several diversified farms—including her own—and spent a decade as a founding entrepreneur of a food manufacturing business. She earned her BA from the University of Kentucky and her MBA from Northern Kentucky University.

She also serves on the boards of the Organic Association of Kentucky, The FruitGuys Community Fund (San Francisco), and Community Montessori School (Lexington).

MYERS RE-ELECTED TO AG CREDIT BOARD Joe Myers was recently re‑elected to the Board of Directors for a four‑year term. The election followed the conclusion of the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on the second night. He was first elected to the Ag Credit Board in 2014.

Joe and his wife, Toni, reside in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, where he is the owner and operator of Myers Angus Farm. Joe also works part‑time for Select Sires, a nationally recognized AI bull stud, where he assists with purchasing and leasing bulls for the beef program. He is a past president of both the Central Kentucky Angus Association and the Kentucky Angus Association.

He is a member of the Mercer County Cattlemen’s Association and the American Angus Association. Joe and Toni will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary this summer. They have two children and two grandchildren and are members of The Carpenters Christian Church in Harrodsburg.

She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Somerset Community College and is passionate about supporting local farm families. When she’s not helping members achieve their goals, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, Cody, and their three dogs.

Brooke currently resides in Berry, Kentucky where she grew up on her family’s farm. She recently graduated from Morehead State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. Brooke and her fiancé also own their own business offering guided hunts in central KY.

NEW EMPLOYEES CONTINUED LOGAN LYNCH

Human Resource Generalist Logan grew up in Boyle County. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2023. He now lives in Richmond with his fiancée and is preparing for their wedding in June 2026. In his role with Ag Credit, Logan is committed to supporting the Association by providing resources and guidance to employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring team members have what they need to succeed.

LORE PATTERSON

Loan Officer—LEBANON

Lore Patterson is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science with an Agriculture emphasis. She is originally from Casey County and grew up on the family farm showing mules along with raising hay and tobacco. She now resides in Campbellsville with her husband and son. They show Tennessee Walking Horses and help with hay production on the family farm. Lore brings nearly 15 years of banking experience along with a strong background in agriculture.

MCKAYLA SPROWLES

Loan Assistant—LEBANON

McKayla currently resides in Campbellsville, Kentucky, where she grew up on a fourth-generation family farm. She has extensive hands-on experience in tobacco cultivation, hay production, and managing registered Hereford cattle. In addition to her agricultural background, McKayla brings five years of expertise in banking and lending.

SYDNEY ALSIP

Loan Assistant—LEXINGTON Sydney was raised in Verona, Kentucky, where she and her family operate their livestock farm. She earned an Associate of Science in Agricultural Sciences from Northern Oklahoma College and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Western Illinois University. During her studies, she developed a strong passion for advancing agricultural enterprises. Outside of work, Sydney remains actively involved in the industry through livestock management, judging livestock shows, and spending quality time with her family.

RETIREMENTS DONNA PRICE Donna Price, Loan Processing Specialist, retired from Central Kentucky Ag Credit on December 31, 2025, after an amazing 16 years of dedicated service.

Donna began her career with the Association as a Loan Assistant at our Danville Branch. After dedicating three and a half years to the team, she explored a new path outside of Ag Credit. Thirteen years later, Donna made the decision to return—and we couldn’t be happier that she did. Over those thirteen years, she was an integral part of our success.

In 2018, Donna embraced a new challenge and became one of the first to step into the Loan Operations role, setting a strong foundation for the position.

We are grateful for her dedication, her expertise, and the warmth she brought to our team every day.

The association sincerely thanks Donna for her steadfast dedication to the association. Her remarkable contributions have made a lasting difference, and we wish her retirement filled with happiness, exciting adventures, and treasured time with family and friends.

LISA YEAGER Lisa Yeager, Senior Loan Officer at the Lexington Branch, retired from Central Kentucky Ag Credit on March 4, 2026, after an incredible 23 years of dedicated service.

Lisa began her career with the association in 2003 as a Loan Assistant at the Danville Branch. Six years later, she transferred to the Lexington Branch, continuing in the same role while balancing full-time work, raising four children, and pursuing her college education. In 2012, Lisa achieved a significant milestone when she became a Loan Officer at the Lexington Branch.

Lisa’s deep connection to agriculture was always evident. Growing up on a multi-generational farm in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, she developed a strong appreciation for farming life. She fondly recalled working alongside her father setting tobacco, raising row crops, managing a cow-calf operation, and maintaining a feedlot. Lisa and her husband, Jimmy (“Yogi”), resided in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, where they raised their four children and enjoyed the blessings of thirteen grandchildren—with one more on the way.

When asked about her plans for retirement, Lisa shared that she looked forward to traveling with her husband and participating in NICU Rockers one day a week.

The association extended its heartfelt gratitude to Lisa for her unwavering commitment to the agricultural community over the past 23 years and wished her a retirement filled with joy, adventure, and cherished moments with family.

“While I looked forward to a new chapter in my life, it was also bittersweet to say farewell to the wonderful members of the farming community and my amazing co-workers, both past and present. The relationships and positive impact you all had on my life stayed with me. I forever treasured the experience of standing by our local farm families during both challenging and prosperous times, witnessing their unwavering dedication and resilience. Having worked with farmers throughout my career, I remained excited for their future—their passion, appreciation for hard work, dedication to teaching the next generation, and willingness to learn from their peers.”

RETIREMENTS CONTINUED BUD BURDETTE Bud joined Ag Credit in 2005, bringing with him a lifetime of agricultural experience. Before his tenure with the association, his family and his parents operated a dairy farm near Junction City, KY in Lincoln County, for 29 years, milking over 200 head of registered Jerseys daily. Growing up in Lebanon, Kentucky and after graduating from UK, he and his wife, returned to the dairy.

Bud learned early that success required dedication to faith, family, farm and community. He fondly recalls working alongside his dad and memories made during both good and challenging times on the farm.

Bud and his wife, Diana, have been married for 51 years and are blessed parents of three children—two daughters and one son—and grandparents to ten wonderful grandchildren who keep them on their toes. They currently live near Wilmore, KY in Jessamine County.

As Bud looks forward to retirement, he’s excited about enjoying a more flexible schedule and spending quality time with family. Reflecting on his career, Bud shares that his favorite aspects of working at Ag Credit are conducting farm visits throughout the area and friendships made with folks he has worked with over the years.

The association extends its deepest gratitude to Bud for his unwavering commitment to serving the agricultural community. His contributions have left a lasting impact, and we wish him a retirement filled with joy, adventure, and cherished moments with loved ones.

AG CREDIT ATTENDS KCA CONVENTION As a trusted financial partner for farmers and ranchers across Central Kentucky, Central Kentucky Ag Credit recognizes the vital importance of engaging with the agricultural community and staying ahead of industry trends. The Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association (KCA) Convention served as an ideal forum for the organization to connect with clients, collaborate with industry peers, and gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping the cattle industry.

Throughout the event, Central Kentucky Ag Credit representatives participated in a variety of seminars, workshops, and panel discussions addressing key topics such as market trends, herd‑management best practices, and risk‑mitigation strategies. This active involvement underscores the organization’s commitment to remaining informed and responsive, ensuring it continues to deliver tailored financial solutions and personalized service that meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Beyond education, the convention offered a unique opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and build new connections within the agricultural community. From informal networking sessions to strategic discussions, Central Kentucky Ag Credit embraced every opportunity to listen to client concerns, understand their aspirations, and reaffirm its role as a trusted advisor and partner in their success.

INSURANCE PROTECTION AGAINST LOSS IS JUST GOOD BUSINESS Central Kentucky Agricultural Credit Association loan agreements stipulate that borrowers obtain and maintain insurance on property that is pledged as security for loans, with the Association named as mortgagee or loss payee.

This notice is a reminder that the minimum amount of coverage required to be maintained is the lesser of your loan balances, the actual cash value of the property, the replacement cost of the property or the amount stipulated by your loan agreement. Since the amount required could be less than the value of the property that is insured, you are encouraged to consider higher limits where applicable to adequately protect your equity interest in the property.

If the property securing your loan consists of improved real estate, unless otherwise advised, at a minimum your policy must insure against the following perils: fire and lightning, wind, hail, aircraft or vehicle damage, riot or civil commotion, explosion, smoke damage, water damage (other than flood), falling objects, weight of snow, ice or sleet and vandalism. Loss or damage from flooding is also required if your loan was made after October 4, 1996, and at the time the loan was made the property was located in a government mandated Special Flood Hazard Area and flood insurance was available.

For six weeks, Ag Credit became a hub of collaboration and empowerment, drawing together women from every corner of the agricultural spectrum.

Some arrived with decades of farming experience; others were just stepping into family operations or preparing to launch ventures of their own. What they all shared was a desire to grow—not just crops or herds, but knowledge, leadership, and confidence.

A PROGRAM BUILT FOR TODAY’S WOMEN IN AGRICULTURE Annie’s Project, a nationally recognized educational initiative, was created with one mission: to equip women with the tools they need to thrive in modern agriculture.

The curriculum is intentionally comprehensive, touching on the five pillars essential to running a successful farming enterprise—financial management, human resources, legal issues, marketing, and production.

Networking opportunities create bonds that outlast the program itself. Participants don’t merely absorb information—they apply it, question it, and shape it to fit the unique challenges women face within the agricultural industry.

Across Central Kentucky’s patchwork of rolling hills and thriving farmland, a new generation of agricultural leaders is taking root. They are young, ambitious, and deeply committed to carrying forward the region’s farming legacy—yet they face a landscape more complex and competitive than ever before. Recognizing both the promise and the challenges ahead, Central Kentucky Ag Credit has launched a bold initiative designed to nurture these rising stewards of the land. The result is Cultivate, a signature program that is quickly becoming one of the most forward-thinking efforts in agricultural leadership development.

For Ag Credit, supporting the next wave of Young, Beginning, and Small (YBS) farmers isn’t just a mission—it’s an investment in the sustainability of rural communities and the agricultural economy. The Cultivate program brings this vision to life with a six‑week immersive experience that blends education, real-world insight, and relationship-building into one powerful journey.

GROWING LEADERS FROM THE GROUND UP Created with intention and purpose, Cultivate is designed to do exactly what its name promises: grow young farmers. The program equips YBS farmers with the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving agricultural environment, focusing on essential topics such as

financing, marketing, production practices, and business management. But beyond technical knowledge, Cultivate offers something far rarer—a supportive network that connects farmers across Ag Credit’s 17‑county region.

This year’s class includes 18 participants representing a vibrant spectrum of agricultural commodities. Their diversity is one of the program’s greatest strengths.

Each session becomes a tapestry of perspectives — row‑crop farmers learning alongside cattle producers, specialty crop growers sharing insights with seasoned family‑farm successors. Conversations flow easily, and collaboration emerges naturally, creating an environment where ideas are exchanged as readily as handshakes.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAM A program is only as strong as the people who guide it, and Cultivate is backed by a dedicated team of Ag Credit professionals who bring expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care to every session. Contributors include Ben Vanhook, Tera Roberts, Abigail Bonzo, Olivia Randolph, Ryan Reeves, Charity Moore, Sam Gibson, Clay Furnish, Billy Cameron, Shelby Terrell, and Emily Murphy—each offering a unique lens into the world of agricultural finance and operations.

Behind the scenes, the program is further supported

by Marketing Coordinator Cassie Johnson, Chief Lending Officer Richard Medley, and University of Kentucky’s Dr. Steven Isaacs, whose work in agricultural economics adds academic depth and strategic perspective. Together, this powerhouse team ensures that Cultivate isn’t just informative—it’s transformative.

MADISON COUNTY FARM CITY BANQUET HONORS AGRICULTURAL LEADERS As President of the Madison County Farm Bureau, Chris Cooper had the privilege of presenting the Madison County Farm Bureau Distinguished Service to Agriculture Award to Glenn C. Hill, a valued borrower and member of Ag Credit. Glenn’s dedication and service to the agricultural industry exemplify the principles that strengthen Madison County’s farming community.

Glenn grew up in Madison County, Kentucky, as a ninth‑generation farmer. His family’s land has been in their name since Kentucky became a state, and farming has been a way of life from an early age. After helping on the farm throughout high school, Glenn pursued higher education at the University of Kentucky, earning a degree in electrical engineering. His career took him across the country with McDonnell Douglas, where he met his wife, Doris, who later joined him in building a life rooted in agriculture.

In 1969, Glenn returned to the family farm and began farming independently in 1973. Over the years, he faced significant challenges—including the farm crisis of the 1980s and the decline of the tobacco industry—yet his resilience and commitment never wavered. Glenn has been an active member of the Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association for many years, serving on the committee that reorganized the Association’s regional structure within its constitution. His leadership extends far beyond the farm: since 1981, Glenn and Doris have organized annual

agricultural tours across the United States, connecting producers and showcasing the diversity of farming practices nationwide.

Glenn C. Hill exemplifies what it means to honor tradition while embracing progress. His story is one of hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to agriculture— a legacy that continues to inspire Kentucky’s farming community.

Ag Credit was pleased to provide door prizes at the recent Madison County Farm Bureau Awards Ceremony, an event dedicated to recognizing outstanding contributions to agriculture within the community.

Additional honorees—also borrower‑members of Ag Credit—were recognized for their achievements: Kevin Anderson – Madison County Kiwanis Club Agriculture Award Larry Agee and Sons – Blue Grass Energy Farmers of the Year These awards highlight the commitment and leadership of individuals and families who continue to advance agriculture in Madison County. Ag Credit is proud to support and celebrate their accomplishments.

COUNTRY HAM BISCUITS AT THE STOCKYARDS: A KENTUCKY TRADITION WORTH SAVORING Early fall in Kentucky carries its own kind of magic. The air sharpens, the leaves brighten, and a familiar sense of anticipation settles over rural communities. It’s the season when barns hum with activity, show rings fill with young exhibitors, and county fairgrounds become gathering places for celebration and pride. Across the Commonwealth, 4‑H and FFA members step forward for an annual ritual that is as much about character as it is about livestock: the Youth Investment Livestock and Country Ham Sales.

To the uninitiated, these may look like ordinary auctions. But to those who know Kentucky’s agricultural heartbeat, they represent something deeper—a testament to work ethic, discipline, and the unshakable spirit of the young people shaping the future of farming. Each cured ham and carefully conditioned project animal tells a story of early mornings, late nights, and lessons learned that stretch far beyond the show barn.

WHERE TRADITION MEETS COMMUNITY Central Kentucky Ag Credit has long held a front-row seat to this tradition, taking pride in supporting the next generation of agriculturalists. Each year, Ag Credit’s Loan Officers fan out across Central Kentucky’s counties, attending sales, cheering on participants, and, more often than not, returning home with a few award-winning country hams in hand. But these hams don’t simply sit on a shelf—they become the centerpiece of something much bigger.

For the third year in a row, Ag Credit has transformed its auction treasures into hearty breakfasts shared at stockyards across the region. These are not just meals; they are moments— warm, bustling gatherings where neighbors swap stories over steaming

biscuits, children tug at their parents’ sleeves, and the aroma of country ham lingers like a welcome invitation.

STOCKYARDS WITH OPEN DOORS AND WARM HEARTS The success of these breakfasts rests on the generosit y of local stockyards that open their doors and welcome Ag Credit staff, patrons, and community members alike. Their hospitality is woven into the fabric of Kentucky agriculture—unpretentious, dependable, and deeply rooted in fellowship.

At each break fast table, the atmosphere is the same: a sense of connection that goes beyond business and beyond the sales ring. These mornings become a celebration of the families, farmers, and future leaders who make Kentucky agriculture strong.

Conversations spark easily, gratitude flows freely, and everyone leaves with a little more warmth in their day.

CANNED FOOD DRIVE BRINGS A SEASON OF GENEROSITY In a world that often feels hurried and divided, moments of true community connection shine all the brighter. This year, Central Kentucky Ag Credit sparked one of those moments with a month‑long canned food drive that transformed ordinary offices into hubs of generosity and goodwill. What began as a simple call for non‑perishable donations quickly grew into a spirited, heartwarming effort that united employees, customers, and neighbors in support of families across the region.

As boxes filled and collection tables overflowed, the initiative became more than a charitable project—it became a celebration of kindness, shared purpose, and the quiet power of people coming together.

A FRIENDLY COMPETITION WITH A BIG IMPACT Across Ag Credit’s seven branches, participation surged. Staff members rallied colleagues, customers dropped off bags of canned goods and perishable items with warm smiles, and entire families made trips to contribute to the cause. But among them all, one branch stood out: Paris.

With a remarkable display of hometown pride and generous spirit, the Paris branch collected more than 400 food items—earning the title of this year’s undisputed champion. Their enthusiasm set a high bar, inspiring Richmond, Danville, and the Administrative Office to turn in impressive contributions of their own. What could have been a routine collection effort blossomed instead into a friendly, good‑natured competition that amplified the drive’s success.

MORE THAN FINANCE: A MISSION ROOTED IN COMMUNITY For Ag Credit, initiatives like this go far beyond corporate responsibility. They are a natural extension of an organizational culture grounded in connection, compassion, and service. While financial guidance and agricultural lending may be the tools, it is community enrichment that remains at the heart of the mission.

Every can and box collected during the drive was delivered to local food banks and pantries— organizations that serve as lifelines for families facing food insecurity. OUTSTANDING IN THEIR FIELD ABIGAIL BONZO WHERE ARE YOU FROM? I grew up in Springfield, Kentucky.

DID YOU GROW UP ON A FARM? I was raised on my family’s commercial cow-calf operation, where my siblings and I represent the sixth generation of our family farm. Agriculture has played a foundational role in shaping who I am, instilling the values of hard work, responsibility, and resilience.

WHERE DID YOU GO TO COLLEGE? I earned my bachelor’s degree in science with an emphasis in Agricultural Business from Western Kentucky University. Growing up in Central Kentucky, I also pursued a certification in Brewing and Distilling, which complemented my academic interests and regional agricultural background.

WERE YOU INVOLVED WITH ANY CLUBS/TEAMS GROWING UP? Growing up, I was actively involved in FFA, serving as both County President and Lincoln Trail Regional President. In addition to my leadership roles, I participated in organized sports, including volleyball and basketball. Through FFA, I gained valuable life lessons and developed a strong appreciation for agriculture, guided by the FFA Creed’s belief in the future of agriculture. Carrying forward my family farm’s legacy continues to hold a special place in my heart.

INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT YOURSELF. I am married to my middle school sweetheart, Cameron Bonzo, and we recently built a new house. I love all things outdoors. We spend most of our summer days at the lake or traveling with friends and family.

FAVORITE PART OF BEING AN AG CREDIT LOAN OFFICER. My favorite aspect of serving as a Loan Officer at Ag Credit is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within my community. From supporting young, beginning, and small farmers to helping experienced producers expand their operations, Ag Credit plays a vital role across all facets of agriculture.

Relationship-building has always been central to my work and will continue to be a priority.

For future loan officers, my advice is simple: get involved.

Participate in your county Cattlemen’s Association, volunteer with local FFA chapters, and pursue every opportunity to connect. These relationships and connections are what truly set Ag Credit apart.

TIM WHITE APPOINTED TO SERVE ON THE KENTUCKY FSA BOARD COMMITTEE Earlier this year, the USDA Farm Service Agency announced the appointment of five distinguished agricultural leaders to serve on the Kentucky USDA FSA State Committee—an influential group responsible for shaping the direction of federal farm programs and supporting producers across the Commonwealth.

Among those selected was Central Kentucky Ag Credit member Tim White, whose long-standing commitment to agricultural excellence has earned him recognition at both the state and national levels.

White’s appointment comes as part of the agency’s continued effort to strengthen its Farmers First initiatives and ensure that the voices of working producers are represented in key decision‑making roles. As members of the state committee, these appointees play a vital role in overseeing program implementation, guiding county committee operations, addressing producer appeals, and fostering positive relationships with agricultural stakeholders. Their leadership helps ensure that Kentucky’s farming community remains informed, supported, and well-positioned to navigate an evolving agricultural landscape.

For White, the appointment reflects a lifetime dedicated to agriculture. As the owner and operator

of a diversified beef cattle operation, he manages an impressive portfolio that includes purebred breeding stock, commercial cow‑calf herds, and stocker cattle. His experience spans every facet of the cattle industry—from genetics to stewardship—giving him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s producers.

His influence extends far beyond his own farm.

White previously served as a regional vice president of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, where he helped champion industry priorities on a national stage.

He has also contributed his insight to the Environmental Stewardship Award Program selection committee, supporting efforts to recognize farmers and ranchers who demonstrate exceptional conservation practices.

With deep roots in cattle production and a respected voice in agricultural policy, Tim White brings both expertise and perspective to the Kentucky State Committee. His leadership promises to strengthen the connection between federal programs and the producers who depend on them—ensuring that Kentucky’s agricultural future remains vibrant, resilient, and grounded in experience.

SUSAN’S BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 2 cups of all purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder ½ teaspoon of salt 2 sticks of butter 1 ¾ cup of packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 package of butterscotch morsels 1 cup of chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla; add flour, baking powder, salt. Stir in morsels and pecans. Spread in lightly greased pan and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

Tip: The 30 minutes and temperature work for my oven. You do not want to overcook because they turn out dry.
