AgCountry recognizes it is our responsibility to help enrich employee’s lives and the lives of others through involvement in volunteer efforts that positively impact the quality of life within our communities.

Each employee is allowed 8 hours of paid time each year to spend on personal volunteer activities. Every team member is eligible to direct a $600 donation to a cause of their choice through the AgCountry Giving and Growing program. The Giving and Growing program gives team members a voice in where our benevolence funds are directed.
