ISAAC DEJON McCLOUD AUGUS T 24, 1993 - JANUARY 9, 2024

OBITUARY Isaac Dejon McCloud was born on August 24, 1993, in Phoenix Arizona to Adriane McCloud and Terry Perkins, and later became an adoring son to Fred Brown. God suddenly called Isaac home on January 9, 2024. Isaac was an extraordinary young man. He was loving, caring, charismatic, humorous and known for his adoring smile. In 1996 Adriane and Isaac moved to Piscataway, NJ where he obtained his education in the Piscataway school system. During this time, he and his mother attended and became members of Agape Family Worship Center in Rahway under the leadership of Dr. Lawrence Powell. Isaac graduated from Piscataway High School in June 2011. While in high school, he was in the ROTC program and was a member of the New Brunswick Kappa League since the 6th grade, later becoming the president of the Kappa League during his junior and senior year before graduating from the program. Some of Isaac’s passions included playing drums, Basketball, Football and Video Games. He also loved spending quality time with family, and paintballing with his male cousins. Professionally, Isaac worked at Panera Bread for the past 5 years as a certified baker. Isaac is survived by his parents: Fred and Adriane Brown and, Terry and Sarah Perkins, grandparents: Alfred and Brenda McCloud. Siblings: Terry Perkins Jr., Terry Perkins Jr., Zachary Perkins, Darnell Brown, Zaynah Brown, Raquel Brown, Rylee Perkins, Jacquelyn Brown Godmothers: Roni (GodRon) Hardesty and Cynthia Spell Tweh, and god-sister: Megan Manns. Isaac is also survived by his uncles, aunts and a host of cousins, and friends. Isaac will always be remembered for his expressive, explosive energy and love of life. He called his mother and dad frequently, just to say he loved them. Sometimes he would call his mom and Fred would walk by realizing they were just sitting on the phone…listening to each other breathe, absolutely, no conversation. Just breathing. LOL! Here and there you would hear them say something…then they would go back to their breathing exercises. When God placed Fred in Isaac’s life in the roll of “dad”, it established a mutual bond of love and strength creating opportunities to teach many life lessons. Their man-to-man talks were beautiful to witness. The family dynamics of his mom and dad was like no other. It was a union that could withstand all tests of time. Isaac will be greatly missed by all. The LORD will give comfort as noted in the song, “Cry On”, recorded by Commissioned, “God understands your tears, He knows just how much you can bear, the faintest cry He will hear, cry on when there is nothing else to say, let Him wipe all your tears away.”
