Morgan Shaw Parker
Morgan Shaw Parker serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream overseeing day-to-day business operations and revenue growth, and working closely with ownership to set the direction of the organization and build their strategic vision. Shaw Parker brings 27 years of experience and values-driven leadership at all levels of the sports industry, and developing a proven track record in sport business, marketing innovation, and building high-performing teams across the NFL, NBA/WNBA, and NOAA as well as media, corporate brands and sports agencies. In her role as President & COO, Shaw Parker manages sponsorship, ticketing, retail, marketing, digital, in game experience, human resources, community engagement, and analytics. Her leadership led to The Dream being named the 2020 ESPN Sports Humanitarian Team of the Year for the players’ remarkable work around social justice efforts that influenced the Georgia Senate election, and the 2021•2 season lead to a franchise record eight sell-outs in Gateway Arena as well as AP Head Coach and Rookie of the Year awards (Tanisha Wright and Rhyne Howard) as well as the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year award (Rhyne Howard). Prior to the Dream, Shaw Parker served as Chief Marketing Officer at Arthur M. Blank Sports & Entertainment (AMB) where she led marketing and communications initiatives for the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes’Benz Stadium. She spearheaded the team’s brand refresh, inclusive of the Falcons’ uniforms, which resulted in the singlehighest merchandise sales results in team history. Prior to her role as CMO, Shaw Parker served as Vice President of brand strategy, and Vice President of Football Communications – the first female in the NFL to hold this position. Beyond her vast expertise, Shaw Parker has dedicated herself to bettering the sports industry as a whole and for women. Atlanta Business Chronicle named her one of Atlanta’s “Most Admired CEOs” in 2023, AdWeek named her one of its “2019 Most Powerful Women in Sports.” and Sports Business Journal recognized her as a “Game Changer” in the sports industry in 2022 – an award given to women who are making an impact in sports business. Shaw Parker sits on the board of the Atlanta Sports Council and plays an active role in schools and organizations that seek to empower women and create more diverse communities. SUSAN CIMBALO MONARCH AWARD HONOREES Rocio joined Agape in first grade at just six years old. She would remain in Agape programs for 12 years. Today, she is a certified phlebotomy technician, a Health Science Professions student at Georgia State University, and an Agape part-time youth instructor in the after school and summer program. During her mother’s battle with breast cancer, Agape helped Rocio manage essential expenses so she could continue college and care for her family. She now gives back to the community that supported her throughout her journey.

Azalia has been part of the Agape family for 13 years. She began her journey with us as a student at Bolton Academy, graduated from North Atlanta High School in 2024, and is now continuing her path through Agape’s Navigate Alumni Program. After realizing her first college path was not the right fit, she turned to Agape for guidance and enrolled at Austell Dental Assistant School.
Azalia Lucas Toribio
With help covering her remaining tuition, Azalia completed the program, earned a 93% on her final exam, and received her certificate of completion in October 2025. She is currently working full time at a pediatric dental office in the Atlanta area.

$2,500 – Go Girl Go! Summer Camp for 5 Girls Support GoGirlGo!, an Agape camp for girls in grades 3 through 8 that builds healthy, active, and confident young women. The program benefits participants physically, emotionally, and socially for 8 weeks of summer camp.
$1,000 – College and University Tours for 10 Girls Support girls as they explore college campuses and universities during their fall, spring, and summer breaks in the Navigate Program.
$500 – Career Readiness Workshops and Internships for Agape Girls Support girls as they explore career opportunities and mentorship through job shadowing and internships in the Navigate Program.
$250 – Parent Programming
Provide women who are parents and guardians of enrolled students with the resources and support they need to actively guide and reinforce their child’s educational journey. The programs include: ESOL., Entrepreneurial, Health & Wellness, and financial literacy.
$100 – Mother’s Day Luncheon for Agape Senior Citizens Provide an uplifting Mother’s Day tradition and celebration for our Agape Senior Citizens.
