NOTE: For Exhibition- Please bring Region specific artifacts, handicrafts, art work, charts etc.
In case delegates arrive on 14 November, they will be accommodated on School Campus In case delegates wish to stay in a hotel, it will be at their own expense.
School Heads/ Directors accommodation for 2 nights on double occupancy basis in hotel by SGIS.
SGIS will arrange bus transfers for delegates arriving at Pune by flight / train / bus . Pick-up point for the same will be at SwarGate, delegates to reach the pick-up point on their own Bus timings: 1st bus 10 AM to 12 PM, 2nd bus 12 PM to 3 PM and 3rd bus 3 PM to 5 PM
At Belgaum, the pick-up point will be at the Central Bus Stand between 3 PM to 5 PM. The vehicle will not wait beyond 5 PM.
All meals will be vegetarian.
