PEACE Program in India IPp2NH27 Active Global Citizenship | Final Camp In Malaysia
The Peace Program is a trimester program that immerses participants in India’s rich cultural heritage, diverse traditions, and vibrant communities while empowering them to become global citizens. Participants are placed in one of the local chapters across India, where they are closely supported throughout the entire program by trained volunteers and partner schools. AFS India provides structured intercultural learning opportunities through training sessions conducted at the local level. These sessions allow participants to share their experiences, engage in peer-to-peer learning, and receive guidance from trained coordinators on navigating the cultural challenges that inevitably arise during an international exchange experience.
